It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

We used this ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (see photo attachment with 21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160 cm). This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. The ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ is about 120cm long, so if you are a general person, you will not feel tight, and ｼｬﾜｰﾍｯﾄﾞ is also very good to use. What's interesting is that in general ﾎﾃﾙ, when you get off ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀ, there's a monotonous long corridor that follows the room, but here's a decoration that made Otani Ishi ﾓﾁｰﾌ, so it gives you a ﾁｮｯﾄｵｼｬﾚ atmosphere. ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ･ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ I don't know, but ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽｼﾝｸﾞﾙ is also 140cm long, and it is secured ｽﾍﾟｰｽ enough to spread the document. The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. Unfortunately, I met a group of Japanese high school students who traveled. At 11 pm, I continued to scream in the room. Although it was the next room, the sound was terrible. After reacting downstairs with the staff on duty at night, he immediately went upstairs to deal with it. Unlike some hotels, I am not afraid to offend the guests. The only drawback is that although there are many washing machines, the high school students who travel are occupied, either washed or not put money in the washing machine, I hope that there are countermeasures to deal with this situation.

First of all, the parking lot guidance is smooth and pleasant. I am very happy to have a corner room again. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well cleaned. Style. Simple clean modern design Setting. Japan countryside, off the beaten path near highway, good for short overnight stay if on a longer drive Explore. Farm park. Outdoor hot springs across street @ the hotel. Convenience store style snacks available in the lobby. There are no restaurants in the hotel. Basic amenities so no hair conditioner, no bathtub. Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

Overall, it was a beautiful hotel anyway. The front desk and the room are quite bright with warm color lighting. The room is a long counter table and easy to work. It was designed to make homework and nomad workers work comfortably. It was also nice to have a full power supply on the table, walls, beds, and each. There was also a USB type power supply in the bed. I want this to be a mast recently. Since there are seven eleven in the 1F, it is safe to be hungry at night or want drinks. There is no cigarette smell because the whole building is non-smoking. For smokers, it is a severe environment, but it is possible to smoke in the public smoking space of Utsunomiya Station for a walk 2-3 minutes. In general, it is easy to work in a beautiful business hotel, and it is easy to access restaurants in front of the station, and it is a good ”smile hotel Utsunomiya Nishiguchi station” of the cospa of 3600 yen per night.
