The location of the hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of this beautiful city. Public transportation are within mere distances. Food places and malls are everywhere. A special shout-out to a staff, Deedee, for making my stay in the hotel a memorable one. She helped me through every queries and mishaps I had. A tour I booked on my own got cancelled and she helped me to book two tours. Those two days turned out to be one of the best days in my life. Thank you Deedee.

We strongly recommend this place if your travelling to Urumqi. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely book again to this hotel on our next trip to Urumqi.

The hotel is near to Nanmen metro and its room is clean and neat. Walking distance to some street food and Luckin coffee (my waiting time was 55mins 😅)

We had a difficult stay at the hotel. There was an electrical fault and the lights in the room would turn on at random hours of the night. This went on for four nights and each time the staff would try fix it but nothing would change. In the end we had to push them to change our room for the final two nights and they wanted to charge us for an upgrade. We refused and changed to another room the same but still had lights randomly turning on and off while we were in the room. I would caution anyone from staying here! A hotel is for sleeping and we didn’t sleep well here. The staff were very flippant and didn’t offer any compensation or apology.

I stayed for 3 days at this wonderful Hotel, it was so well equipped, special design and a shiny and clean place. Every day the room was cleaned and new towels provided. The Room was very comfortable and everything was working. Only in the first night there was a system error and all the lights went on at 6Am woke me up. But they fixed it the next day immediately and where super helpful. The staff especially Didi at the entrance was helping a lot and being so patient with all my questions with translation. Didi also checked me out when I left and explained to me how to get around. Thank you so much!

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the International Grand Bazaar. The room is clean and tidy with bright lights. Miss Yan at the front desk provided great service and gave a free room upgrade. I definitely give it a thumbs up.
