From the entrance, the hotel feels very new and well designed. The lobby is not on the first floor but on the 9th floor. The 10th to 17th floors are accommodation rooms. The indoor space has a big bed, the bathroom and toilet are separate and very clean, and there is a bathtub for taking a bath! Self check-in is a little more cumbersome. There is a parking lot downstairs for convenient parking. However, free parking is not provided and you must pay 1,500 yen to park until check-out…. There is a convenience store next to the parking lot downstairs for convenient shopping. Overall it's a good hotel. worth considering!

The overall environment of the hotel is very good. Although the sea view room is just a divergence, the whole room is new. There is a washing machine and a refrigerator in the room. The whole set of washing and care is pola. Although it is a basic model, after all, the brand is used. Feel free to get up... There is also a microwave oven and induction cooker, like a small family at home, it is very comfortable to live in... The surrounding area is also more convenient, there is a convenience store, a place to eat, there is a seaside park not far away, and the bus station is also very close. Near, travel is very convenient, in short, very satisfied, fully automatic registration

I and my friend was really satisfied with your hotel. Customer services are welcomed, let us feel comfortable, staffs are all polite and kindness. Hotel environment is clean, and cozy. Location is so easy for us to go to wherever we want to go. Only two points we want to say is that we hope there are more TV programs and the menu for breakfast could be more multiple. In general, we really love the hotel and will chose check-in again next time travel in Okinawa, thank you so much for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aqua citta, and must say it was an experience worth sharing. Hotel location was very convenient and easily accessible. Lots of convenient stores are nearby. Room was well designed and provided all the amenities. Cleanliness was commendable. They provide very good breakfast. The only problem we faced is the wifi connectivity.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely incredible, and the view of the sea is truly awe-inspiring. Considering the reasonable price, it is definitely worth it.

I have been to Naha once every three months since I got a diving license in Naha. I was often one of them, and at first I chose a place with a large bath, but this time, I was a surprise price for Naha and Okinawa outside the prefecture. Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. The building seems to be never new, but the room is clean, large, and the corona fin is equipped with a safe air cleaner and sterilization liquid in the room, and the front desk staff is polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The unit bus I was worried about and the bathtub was wide and I was soaked in hot water slowly. Anyway, the information that is clean is important for women. Well, 〜 I brought it from the front desk without a disposable slipper, but it seems to be really prepared, so in this corona, the usual slipper is privately filthy and cannot be used. It seems that it corresponds to the woman's eye in that point, and I was able to spend calmly on the last night of Naha. The renovated Fuzhou Garden that I wanted to go was also close and safely went out. I will come to stay again! Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. I didn’t hear the sound of other rooms. It’s more residential. The TV can be connected to Netflix and YT. It’s very convenient to see everything. If you come next time, you will stay.
