Well equipped hotel, 15 minutes walk from Regensburg old town. Stylish interior, clean bathroom, good variety for breakfast. Very nice idea: if we don’t need housekeeping, the hotel offers a drink since we are taking care of our environment. Only one negative experience is the parking: the hotel has a garage but actually impossible to find free lots. We had to park at the streets nearby which is a challenge.

We visited the hotel for one night. The place is very quiet. We found a free park place near the hotel, but for 15e you can park unter the hotel. Room was very clean and bed was so comfortable 👌 you dont want to stand up anymore. Restaurant -Breakfast very clean and various food. In the future is nice to have one fridge in the room.

The rooms are what you would expect from an IBIS. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom, which smelled of urine. Visually it appeared clean. The rest of the room was clean. They have a very nice bar and a nice sitting area, which is open all night. We had trouble finding the parking, so I would suggest asking for directions before you get there (we had to run in and ask after circling numerous times). You have to put another street address into the navigator to find it, but once you have this it is easy to find. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the old town, but it is an easy walk. I think that this hotel is great value for money.

I stayed (luckily) one night in this hotel with my family (2 little girls and a small dog) in a junior suite Let's start with the positive aspects: the room was large and the double bed was comfortable, staff in restaurant was very nice during breakfast time What I didn't like 1) lack of courtesy and unprofessionalism from the receptionist To be more precise: as soon as i entered i went to the reception (i was equipped with a covid mask as required and i was close to the counter in order to say Hello and show our reservation ) Receptionist (a lady) said Hello and give us key and asked about which time we prefer for breakfast, then kind lady, looking my wife that was slowing entering , (she was near entrance door) holding a little girl, peremptorily ”asked” her to put on the mask. Obviously my wife immediately wore the mask, but there was no need to be so rude, we haven't even asked for a welcoming committee on our arrival... probably our expectations of receiving a smile and a welcome were too high 20 minutes later, after placing our luggage in the room, we walked to the garden, crossing the lobby, with the intention of having something to drink and consume in the garden while we were looking at the garden by the door, suddenly kind lady from reception (the same person who had welcomed us) ran to us saying that the restaurant was closed and abruptly closed the door to access the lounge and garden:we were speechless Half an hour later there were numerous people sipping beers in the garden, nobody was able to explain us the reasons for this behavior and frankly at that point we were no longer interested and we decided to go to the city to eat and drink something rather than stay there. 2) WI-fi was NOT present , while in reservation is present - i called reception from my room asking information about that, answer was literally that Wifi is down, i am sorry 3) There is NO air conditioning, if you decide to open the window you'll hear the noise of trains (yes, it is in front of the railway) 4) Cleanliness the carpet was stained in several parts, probably spots date back to the last century ; curtains were very dirty (see pictures) and stains looked very old NB we were in Junior Suite.. 5)Restaurant was closed (no explanations were given about it, I suppose it is due to the covid situation, but, I repeat, no explanation has been provided. 6) breakfast was really the bare minimum (a tray with cold cuts, cheese, a jug of coffee), I asked for 2 cappuccinos and paid them separately (without flavor, being made by an automatic machine) 7) the baby's crib was without a mattress (we made fun of using the blanket they gave us) so considering above points i don't really know how this hotel has been classified with 4 stars, we did not ask the moon, we expected nothing else than a normal standard service with courtesy and attention to the customer i suggest to look elsewhere

Hotel good and new. Room large, bathroom good. Good beds. I couldn't understand why there were two extra beds in my room for single occupancy and why they weren't put away even when they were notified. No wellness infrastructure in the hotel. Location near the center of Regensburg, but there are few options for going out in the evening in the area. Parking garage with options for charging electric cars available. Breakfast good, good cappuccino, little fresh fruit, no fresh orange juice. Staff very friendly, especially at breakfast. Reception staff needs to be improved in terms of customer orientation. Two suggestions from me: a bottle of water in the room (almost standard worldwide) and white sausages as a regional specialty at breakfast were answered with the following saying: there is no such thing, it was decided by the company's management. The hotel should be grateful for such suggestions from the customer, which could be implemented with little effort, and should not fob the customer off with empty phrases. Premier Inn should not only be cheap, but also a bit premium.

We arrived at midday and were able to have our room straight away. We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist. The room was clean and modern although quite small. We were staying for 3 nights and there was little wardrobe and drawer space, having said that we were comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus. It was only a short walk into the old town so we loved the location. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice. I was particularly impressed when I asked a member of staff if there were any more croissants available as they had all been taken and he actually went across the road to buy some more! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Regensberg is such a lovely place to visit and the hotel complemented it well.
