Since it's a small refrigerator measuring 50 cm by 50 cm, the male staff should have been able to replace it, but I was saddened that they didn't seem to have any intention of doing so. The room had an old-fashioned toilet with a bathroom, and although I could see the Chikugo River from there, I could see the entrance to the inn from the window of the room, so I had to close the curtains immediately. I gave up thinking that this might also be for guests staying with a half-price coupon. In the dining room, where all the guests meet without any separation, the food is served downstairs, and for dinner, of the dishes that are set from the beginning, we obviously don't have anything like a small shabu-shabu pot. There were three pieces of sea bream in the sashimi, but there were no meat dishes. This may be because I am also a half-price coupon customer. Unfortunately, the clam rice we each cooked was hard for me and soft for my friend. Since the portion was small, I went back to my room and ate some sweets. For breakfast, the miso soup was overcooked and had a strong taste, and the pumpkin topping was boiled and melted, which was disappointing. The bath was an old large public bath with good spring quality and clean water. However, the wash basin and chairs were very dirty, which may be due to the hot spring ingredients, but it's sad. I woke up early in the morning and went to go to the bathroom, but the hot water wasn't even half full, and even though I had poured the hot water and cleaned it, why couldn't the hot water be refilled in time? Everyone was disappointed. Also, there are several places in Chikugogawa Onsen where tatami mats are laid out in the washing area, but since I don't have the habit of washing my body on tatami mats, I can only feel that this is strange and I can only think that they are hiding the aging of the washing area. not. This ryokan has a new wing, and there is an open-air bath with a view on the roof. The fee is ¥2000. The price is the same for hotel guests. We didn't even have any information and found out about it from a poster inside the building. The poster is inside the elevator in the new building, and customers who use the new building will know it. I wonder if they were able to inform customers who only use the stairs in the old building, and the usage fee is also high. The reason why I felt so disappointed may be because I was a guest who stayed with a half-price coupon, but if I was satisfied, wouldn't I expect that I would return again at the regular price next time? My first trip with a friend in 35 years has become quite disappointing.
