It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The Toji Station is just opposite the hotel, and the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. All amenities are available, and there is a café downstairs where you can relax and enjoy some of the complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff is really helpful especially with directions. They even printed out maps for us when we asked about certain spots we were unsure. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto.

Better than chain hotel, everything is so organized and just opposite the train station , 8 mins walk to Toji temple , 6 mins to 7-11 , 2 mins to Lawson, washing machine available and bus stop just 5 steps away from hotel!

來京都好多次了，這個酒店的衞生是我在日本所有住過的酒店中最差的，剛進房間時，窗台，沙發，床後邊沿全部都是在灰塵，洗手間有異味臭味，我馬上用熱水沖刷了十幾分鍾還是不行。早餐是在京都四天中所住酒店最爛的，魚煎的很糟糕，豆腐也不入味，東西品種也少，對付一下客人，價格2500元人民幣/一個晚上。還不含早餐。這個酒店評價的人很少，我第一個給差評。希望大家不要再過來踩坑。酒店位置在大馬路和輕軌高架站邊上，噪音，灰塵特別大。酒店早餐的管理也相當混亂，亂哄哄的，隔壁的客人還沒有走服務員就高高的噴酒清潔水，水霧飄的到處都是，房間走廊白天都堆滿了垃圾和清理床單雜物，亂七八糟的又擠又臭，過道又窄又黑，電梯標識不明也十分不好找。

雙床房型睡兩大兩小很適合，房間比一般的日式商務飯店來的大，飯店有提供lounge給大家在此喝咖啡飲料及茶水，下午有提供日式蕨餅小點心皆為無料供應，飯店可借電捲棒及按摩舒壓器材很貼心
