Centara Ubon is a new hotel located at Ubon Ratchathani. The location is next to Central Plaza which is convenient for food, shopping and even catching a movie. The hotel has new promotion for now. They provide breakfast for 2 and complimentary drinks. The mini bar is free for the 1st day. There is a small pool and fitness room These are the pros The service needs to improve as I didn't feel very welcome on the 1st day of check in. The staff were speaking in Thai which I am unable to understand. When I provided my reservation, they still didn't address me in English but when they realised I am paying, they started talking to me. Perhaps they are new and inexperience, I had to wait 20mins for my receipt during checkout. There were flies at the restaurant during breakfast, an unwelcoming sight. The hotel should do something about it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only providing water for 1st and last day. We were given voucher 555baht per day to spend at the restaurant, however we were not allowed to have our food in our room. The was quickly changed when I fill in the survey and Mr Santichon, the Front Desk Manager got to know about it. Mr Santichon's hospitality and service-oriented attention to our needs win me and family over. We decided that we will return again when we are in the vicinity. The hotel truely has a gem in Mr Santichon and I hoped his peers and staff can learn from him. I hoped the management compliment Mr Santichon on his dedication to his work.

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Usually I never write a review for any hotel. But things here have to be organized a little, very compressed. 1. The room is extremely dirty and worn. The island is full of the floor, the cabinet, yen and the bathroom. Stayed for the first night, I know that I didn't clean it. The floor is carpet, dirty stains, adhered tight every inch. Dust spreads all over everything it can easily. 蜥蜴 droppings on the table in front of the glass Not sure how to clean it 2. Plus refused to make a room for another Have to walk to the counter by yourself When coming to add water, put it on the floor in front of the room I don't know how many islands have been. 3. When talking about the shift, stay 4 nights, I see flying in the room for 2 nights. Must be normal by yourself and baht 4. After he made a room for We came back and found that all the clothes we put in the room were gone. It was the clothes we put on and we put together on one of the living chairs. (Because it is probably the cleanest place in the room) So we went to ask at the counter. Therefore realized that the cleaning person picked up The pile of shirts that we werehed by a waste In the end, we got those shirts back. But the problem is that 1 shirt is missing! And no one can answer us where they are 5. The water smells at first thought of blood. And probably more rust In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. If there are 0 stars, we have already pressed it. To sleep for free, still think and think again, if you can choose, recommend going to the hostel is still better than P.S. Just read it on the website later that the ghost is very fierce. But when we rest, we are busy amazed with the dirty. I was busy with the fight with the flying cocks and annoyed with the excessively lacking service, so I forgot to be afraid of the ghost implicitly, or maybe our shirt that was missing. May be a ghost that can take it? P.S. 2. If the hotel owner has the opportunity to see this review I want you to know that all the stories are written We didn't write beyond the truth at all.
