My overall stay was good the room was clean not smelly temperature was good the bed was amazing sleep great the area seemed to be safe Customer service for me was excellent she was very nice and professional I did get breakfast so have no comment on that went out to eat

Good service

The staff at the Hampton are pleasant and professional. The second that we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and service upon arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. Each evening, you can hear such silence which allowed us to sleep peacefully throughout the night. The breakfast were fantastic each day! From oatmeal to waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, including biscuits and gravy, variety of juices, even pastries and more. We left the Hampton as VERY PLEASED CUSTOMERS!! I was able to relax in the quietness as I read books.

GREAT customer service, Karon at the front desk is awesome. This motel and staff are very welcoming and inviting. Everyone was doing their job treated me like if I was the boss. Outstanding people who work behind the desk, They are always willing to give you a lot of information about the area. Which is great to know about all the things that I am not aware of in this area. I have stayed here before and I’m very proud to be back here again. Our room was clean, updated, and spacious. I loved having a small fridge and microwave, along with a pretty comfortable bed. Small fitness area, but, adequate and they have a good selection of breakfast items.

6:30AM pressure washing my 3rd floor window? Before I start, I'm very easy to please as a customer. I don't complain, don't get mad but this needs to be shared for those who like businesses to be held accountable for horrific service. I checked in and told the staff I was going to be in a very late meeting and asked them for a quiet room with a late check out, as sleep was a priority 4 hours later I was awakened by a crane shuffling equipment outside my window. I turned up the television to try to ignore it. A few minutes later, a pressure washer was pounding on the window next to mine.... 3 floors up. 20 minutes later it started on my windows. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk... They said ” They should have told you last night” I politely asked for a manager and the lady overseeing this conversation spoke up saying ”Bad timing I guess.” I was given a toll free phone number to call to voice my concerns... After being on hold for over 35 minutes I returned to the lobby and was given another managers email, because they don't give her phone number out to anyone... To which I got no reply from... This hotel is clean and in good shape but the management and customer relations is what someone would expect from a roadside motel... Not a hotel of this caliber. Although the original person who checked me in, was kind and helpful... the rest were unprofessional and seemed like they were all in on some cruel joke. It's been over a week now... With no call back, and no email reply. I would not only NOT recommend this hotel.... I would avoid it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites. The reception staff are the best we have encountered during our 6 week road trip. Suite super clean and spacious with comfortable bed and quality linnens. We enjoyed relaxed breakfast. Had a fabulous Mexican meal at Damiens a few miniutes walk away. Thankyou for a great stay we highly recommend Springhill suites

Excellent location

The hotel room is a bit small compared to other American hotels and the space is relatively narrow! The room rate has been paid, but the front desk has brushed 150 pre-authorization. The room is close to Highway 5, which is relatively noisy! At 6:30 in the morning, someone got up upstairs, the sound of stepping on the floor was a bit loud, and the sound insulation was not very good. Figure 2 Figure 3 Scenery along the way!
