I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews.
I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my adverti*****t many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏

Arrived Wednesday 13th with my partner and my experience so far has been absolutely unbelievable! "Can" or "johnny" has been amazing keeping us entertained and keeping us involved! Food is fantastic, plenty to choose from, rooms are spotless and our bartender soner has been amazing keeping us topped up and his cocktails are phenomenal! Dogca has been our favourite waiter so far, very chatty & friendly! Really looking forward to rest of our holiday!

We have just returned from our holiday here. From start to finish brilliant staff from all of them. Ibrahim in reception nothing too much for him to help us. The daytime and nightime entertainment from children to adults was really. One person in particular stood out for me was Tunco who was great with kids and adults alike. Food was good but mainly for eastern europeans not Brits but we found something to eat everyday. Will be back next year for our fourth time

I have never been to a hotel like this where they do so much for the kids!! From. Morning til 5 al day and also come back and do a mini disco on the night also The activities that they do Magic show Bubble show Indian games Baking Lots of little games in between al my little girl love ld it I couldnt get her away! Irina,Alp,Ekaterina,kati,Ilya,Marsha are all so lovely and welcoming!! Will definitely come back to this hotel and kids club is a big part of that!!

Haydarpasha Hotel is a true gem. From the moment you step into the elegant lobby, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms are tastefully decorated, offering both comfort and luxury. The staff, particularly Can and Selami, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attentive service and genuine care elevate the experience to another level. The hotel's exquisite dining options tantalize the taste buds. Haydarpasha Hotel surpassed my expectations and I will be definitely be coming back

This is by far one of the best all inclusive holidays I’ve been on. From the minute we arrived it was spotless and the staff are so welcoming. The food for all inclusive is absolutely unreal! No stomach upsets, no issues and just all around amazing. The entertainment team are great! We had a wonderful relationship with Can who made us feel very welcome! Informed us on all entertainment each day and really made our holiday even more special! We loved it

The spa in the Haydarpasha Palace is amazing! My family and I (5people) had the best massages ever! My father wants to come back now every year, because he had such a good experience/massage. My masseuse (Dora) she was excellent! I had a little incident during my previous holiday and still had pain from it. Dora did such a great job, that it is almost fully gone. The owner and his whole team do a great job and my family and I would definitely recommend them and will definitely come back! Thanks again!

Positives * Lovely staff * Excellent salad & desserts bar but otherwise repetition of selection, we got quite bored. Separate area for kids buffet * Lovely, clean & spacious room (where you aren’t sea or pool facing - too loud at night for families) * Mini bar in room restocked * Nice outdoor areas & kids slides * Gym well equipped Negatives *A la carte restaurants - 15€ per adult & €10 per child up to 10 years per head to book these * Bowling alley - €25 per hour! * Arcade inc pool table - all chargeable & my opinion expensive * Bars get busy for drinks * Busy road between the hotel & beach. Tunnel to pass under but noisy all the time We’ve stayed in Turkey before & in 5 star rated hotels before, our stay this time was out of peak (14 April) so well priced and we are overall satisfied. If we had paid any more, we would be disappointed. It’s a shame the additional charges for restaurants & kids activities were not more clearly displayed, this was a surprise on arrival & again a factor of disappointment
