The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable.
The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments.
Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food.
Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something.
There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help.
The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief).
I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

Everything is fine! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The only thing I don’t understand is why the dishes don’t seem to have been washed.

We had and amazing holiday! It already started with the violet man at the entrance, and he was there everyday. Loved that! The animation team was amazing and so friendly and fun. The spa downstairs was also great and the manager Kahar was very friendly with his colleagues! And the food was very good! Overall a great hotel!

From the beginning all staff were very friendly and attentive . They attach Great importance to cleaning but the Animation Team tries to Entertain by putting everything on Display . Theo completely become friends with you , wie will come back for Them again

The hotel is very clean & the food is good but limited,great if you love sea bream which I do. The staff don't enforce their own rules and signage,the lifeguards in particular turn a blind eye,accident waiting to happen. Wouldn't return but still enjoyed the week.

The third time I’ve visited this hotel and I would 100% return for a fourth! The food is great, i recommend the snack bar! Cleaning good, always left fresh towels and water. Animation team made the holiday, evening entertainment had great variety! Furkan was a highlight for us, really made our holiday - always had time for everyone and made sure you had a fun stay!

This is a great hotel for families, couples or anyone looking for anyone looking for a getaway. The food is great, with multiple restaurants and vendors across the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily and always in perfect condition. The shows are entertaining and gets everyone watching involved. The activities are always fun and I beat Furkan at everything (he is rubbish at table tennis and darts). The animation team couldn’t be better, they are very attentive and kind

We arrived at the hotel at around 3am as a group of 12 and were checked in quickly and bags brought to our room. Hotel is very clean rooms are lovely. Staff work so hard and make you feel welcome, special mention to Furkan and Faith from the rep team who made our trip even better with their fun helpful ways. Also Racei from the bar restaurant he went above and beyond to give us the best service. Highlights included colour fest, beer fest and white party. We loved the day time games such as water polo this entertained the teenage boys. There is a good choice of places to sit depending on the atmosphere you are looking for, we chose to sit by the pool as the teenagers and kids loved the slides and games, the pier is lovely for some chill time. We were overall very impressed the only let down for us was the food, not much choice and Luke warm. The lunch was the best down at the snack bar but repetitive. There are some nice restaurants near by - rainbows was our favourite. We would 100% return if there was an improvement on the food as we loved everything else about the hotel.

Just come back from a 4night stay at White city. Me and my husband were flying in for our first wedding anniversary, i had wrote an email to the hotel to let them know and on arrival we was greeted with champagne and fruits in our room. The hotel has amazing facilities and so many swimming options 2 swimming pools, beach and decking which you can go to the sea from. Food was absolutely stunning especially the grill, also had a snack bar ar the beach club which had amazing food that was cooked freshly for you on the grill. Drinks were the typical AL watered down but lots of drinks options available. The starbucks addition definitely is a nice treat during the stay, we loved it. The spa is a MUST! We had the Turkish bath and it was absolutely beautiful. Make sure you get your pictures taken professionally by Ali, he does an amazing job and pictures are beautiful. Entertainment was amazing and every night something else was on and the staff make sure to let you know what will be on. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel called SILA cafe bar and restaurant, make sure you visit that restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced - make sure you get a frozen cocktail so lovely! There was quite a few negative reviews but we couldn’t fault the hotel, the pictures and reviews dont give it enough justice. Only con is English is very limited with staff.
