Brilliant short stay. I really appreciated the checkout time of 1pm. Unlike most hotels you have to check out by 10am-11am. Shame we missed the paid breakfast. No one at check in advised us the process of pre ordering breakfast so thar was disappointing. The noise from next door was very loud so walls are very thin. Didn't get much sleep then was woken up by workers who was doing work on hotel. If you can stay elsewhere I would recommend to get a decent night's sleep

The hotel photos are a deception. Rooms smell because of the carpet, windows cannot be opened to ventilate, because of a pump that did not work, there was no water for an evening and night, so you could not wash or flush the toilet. The air conditioning did not work properly the last day. I think the staff no longer has empathy due to all the complaints received. They remain calm and are resolute in their decision. No flexibility whatsoever. Please note that the taxi shuffle service is not available all night. You then pay for a taxi. It was hilariously awful. Not recommended. Go for the Airport Inn.

The hotels near Port of Spain Airport in Trinidad and Tobago 🏨 are not in good condition except that they are close to the airport. It's expensive and you have to walk a long way to eat.

Oh man it was terrible experience, it’s like a one star hotel, safety was big concern, if you are alone woman travelling, kindly don’t prefer this hotel, it’s worst …,,,,

This airport suites hotel is very close to airport. However, when call for pick up, the line always busy and l have to spend USD 15 to get a private taxi to hotel from airport (5 min ride).
Staff were friendly, facility is limited. I book the room type with window but in the end received a room without window. There are KFC, Gyro and burger shop nearby. But need to have own transportation.
Overall, satisfactory with this hotel and will come back to stay next time.

Shower was dirty. Top of pool bar drips dirty water into the pool. No glassware available. No kettle.
Promised shuttle not provided, and no satisfaction given. No management to resolve issues.

I didn't like anything about this property. The pictures that's on there website is not what it appears. 1st the room had no toilet and shower. 2nd the bed, carpet look filthy. 3rd seeing the appearance of the room I immediately picked up our bags, returned the room keys and got out of there.
