We stayed here for one night as part of a trip biking along the Danube. This is a basic but modern hotel. It doesn't have a lot of ”old world charm” but was comfortable. The room AC did not work particularly well, but the room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We all laughed because of the way the sink and shower are part of the room, but they work! If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the center of the town.

Great location.. close to metro U1 and 8 mins on foot to the Wien Hbf (Vienna train station) I stayed in a shared dorm with bathroom and made good acquaintances. Clean bathroom and toilet. The dorms were very secure. The people at the desk were friendly and accommodating. All in all a great experience 😊

"Donaublick", 3-room apartment 102 m2 on 3rd floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2018, very comfortable and stylish furnishings: large entrance hall. Open large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, cable TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom with separate WC and shower. Large, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, hatch. Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace 12 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the river. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (extra) on the property. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. The garage must be booked before arrival if needed.

We arrived hours early and our room had not been cleaned but the staff kept our luggage in a secure place and said the room would be ready well before the usual check-in time. Our room was large with a view over Pasteurgasse, very comfortable and with the toilet separate from the shower/bath - a great idea. The hotel is in a great location - the front entrance leads down to tram D (for Ringstrasse and Schottentor) about a 5 minute walk, whilst a similar distance from the back entrance is Waehringer Strasse with a tram roughly every 2 minutes to the Schottentor transport hub which is about 3 minutes away by tram. We chose not to have breakfast but there is a good selection of cafes and bakeries a 5 minute walk away near the tram stops on Waehringer Strasse. The area is very comfortable, pleasant and safe, and houses a couple of embassies as well as university departments. There is access to the roof terrace for beautiful views across Vienna. This was a very pleasant stay and, as ever, it is the staff who make the establishment a success - Vielen Dank.

We were familiar with the group of city centres in France and we were not disappointed with their service in Vienna. The apartments are spacious, decorated with taste and the bedroom is comfortable (even the sofa bed). Tramway 1 is 2 minutes walking distance and allows you to reach the centre in less than 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets with less than 500m. If you have a car, a few points to know: the city park is very small and very fast full so book early (the nearest parking is cheap 3.60€/h 36€/day). In the street, the parking is free weekend and night from 22h to 7h. If there was just one comment to do, the coffee machine is. This latter has special capsules (format professionnel nespresso) not found in the commerce (only online), so they must be purchased by lot from 4 to 3.70€ a l'accueil.
