We visit Sapa in December when was very cold. The room temperature as perfect and after the hiking we could enjoy yhe bath tub. Higly recommend

Room was nice but a bit of a weird setup whereby window faced in to the foyer. Nice to have a bath in Asia. Got there early but was able to leave my bag and check in after a hike so that was good, heard other places allow for an early check in though. A lot of choice at breakfast but could have been fresher. Overpaid for water at the minibar (about three times the price as the store). Staff were nice but their English was not was as good as other places I visited in Vietnam, or other places around Sapa.

Nearby the town where many shops restaurants are, only y walking distance.. only the things inside the rooms some need to be repaired like fence broken nearby the window. Staff were helpful thou at the check in day we managed to bring our luggages by ourselves.

Location very good

On the day of check-in, I took an overnight bus to SAPA and arrived at the hotel very early. The hotel said that the earliest check-in could be 11am, so I waited and freshened up in the lobby. The lobby and restrooms were large, so there was no awkward feeling. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is also next to the lake. It is very safe. It's a ways away from SAPA station and it's quite lively there. Since it rained for several days in August when I stayed in SAPA, I couldn't see the beautiful scenery and sky, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel room was very large, with chairs and tables. The air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. It even turned off automatically when I was sleeping. The room felt very wet, and everything was wet after a night. The breakfast options are okay, hot food would be better, but everything else seems dry.

The room was average. The WiFi didn't work. The swimming pool was far from what it looked like in the photos. The food was OK.

It's neat and comfortable. Breakfast is also great. The downside is that it's noisy like a bar, but when requesting a room, it would be better to ask inside instead of on the roadside.

I am satisfied. The location was good.

The school is located in a very good location. If you go to the entrance, you can pack your bags and go to another place first. The view from the bedroom overlooks the church. complete facilities Breakfast according to general standards due to its location in the heart of the city So there was a sound coming from outside. Not suitable for people who like peace
