I arrived at around 3pm to check in and asked if I could get an upgrade. They upgraded me to a suite with a king bed, because it was a Tuesday night and not very crowded. This is my 2nd stay here in the past few months. It is really clean and cozy. The bed is really comfortable. Good parking close by, and super friendly staff! I’ll stay here again for sure! Thanks Gravity Haus!

Everyone was so kind and very hospitable. The ice skating rink is across the street and all the food places are within a near drive. The young men working there were all so sweet and thoughtful, we had a great stay.

Very beautiful for the price and the quality of the place! It was also clean and the bathrooms were also good quality seemed newly remodeled! Definitely will be here again it was totally unmatchable!

short drive to various ski resorts, 5min drive to Truckee downtown, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. overall, a great place to stay for a ski trip.

The hotel has changed ownership since the last time we visited (a couple of years ago). The staff and service are still wonderful... but two things in the room that we are not happy with: 1) shower water temperature is not hot enough and 2) the room temperature is too hot (73 degree) and we tried (without contacting the front desk) but can't lower the room temperature down!

This was a great choice for our family vacation and snow trip to end the year 2023. The rooms were nice and roomy, clean, comfortable beds, perfect for families. The staff was helpful with local food suggestions and nearby snow activities. We will definitely stay here again.
