We came from Athens and wanted to see Meteora, and thereafter, we headed to Thessaloniki, all with KTEL Intercity Buses. I am a logistics man, and it was the perfect way: you arrive just in front of the hotel, can go the next day to Meteora, leave your baggage here, and continue to Thessaloniki. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The only point is the high extra charge when you ask for a Cappuccino. We did not experience this high surcharge in other Greek hotels but here.

The hotel is in an excellent location just outside the centre. It is a big building and hard to miss. This hotel is modern with trendy furnishings and a classic set up. The rooms are an excellent size with big showers and massage sprinklers. This hotel doesn’t have balconies.

Excellent value for money. Gallery Art Hotel is located on the main ring road next to the new coach station. There is ample free parking and an adjacent taxi rank. The journey into the centre of Trikala takes about 10-minutes. The hotel is new and extremely clean throughout. There are modern art installations in the public areas. The rooms are furnished to a high standard, with air-conditioning and flat screen television. The friendly, welcoming staff speak good English. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is excellent with an hot and cold buffet offer. The bar and restaurant has a good range on offer at reasonable prices. There is an outside seating area and a children’s play area.

Unforeseen events can happen but how you deal with them makes the difference. Fantastic staff at all levels, they were able to transform problems with the room, which can happen, into a splendid experience of customer care. Really good.

Ένα ξεχωριστό χοτελ λίγο έξω από τα Τρίκαλα. Δίπλα στο ΚΤΕΛ αλλά το συγκεκριμένο είναι σε πολύ ήσυχο σημείο. Όμορφα δωμάτια καινούργια πολύ γουστοζικα. Το τέλειο πρωινό, υπάρχει και ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ .

Επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο ημέρες με υψηλή θερμοκρασία, 37 βαθμούς Κελσίου και σε κανένα χώρο του ξενοδοχείου δεν λειτουργούσε ο κλιματισμός! Μέχρι να μπούμε τρέχοντας στο δωμάτιο κοντεύαμε να λιποθυμίσουμε από την ζέστη!Εννοειται πρωινό δεν μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε λόγω της αφόρητης ζέστης!!Αδιανόητο!

Ωραία διακοσμημένο το εσωτερικό αλλά δεν λειτουργεί καμία πηγή θερμότητας, πράγμα απαράδεκτο, με αποτέλεσμα να έχει πολύ κρύο στο λόμπι όπως και στο διάδρομο μέχρι να φτάσεις στο δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία αδιάφορη πάνω στο δρόμο και δίπλα στο κτελ. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα αλλά όχι προσεγμένα για το κόστος τους καθώς πχ τα σεντόνια/μαξιλαροθήκες ήταν πάρα πολύ τσαλακωμένα και έδιναν εικόνα προχειρότητας. Έχοντας βέβαια και οι ίδιοι ξενοδοχείο δείξαμε μια σχετική κατανόηση... Το προσωπικό στο πρωινό και στο εστιατόριο φαίνεται ότι δεν έχει την εμπειρία των ξενοδοχείων απλά προσπαθεί να εξυπηρετήσει όχι πάντα με θετικά αποτελέσματα. Πρέπει να πούμε βέβαια και τα καλά γι'αυτό θα αναφέρουμε τον επαγγελματισμό της Χριστίνας στη ρεσεψιόν η οποία είναι ευγενέστατη και αποτελεσματική, την κυρία στην καθαριότητα η οποία δε μιλούσε καλά ελληνικά （μου διαφεύγει το όνομα της） αλλά δε μας είπε ποτέ όχι καθώς επίσης και τον αρκετό χώρο στάθμευσης που υπάρχει και δεν σε κουράζει σε αντίθεση με το κέντρο των Τρικάλων.

Ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο στην είσοδο της πόλης για τις εξορμήσεις μας στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια και πραγματικά πεντακάθαρα. Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας πραγματικά είναι καταπληκτική!!! Ευγενεστατο το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν, στον πρωινό μπουφέ....τι να πω....ήταν όλα καταπληκτικά. Το ξενοδοχείο από ότι ρώτησα λειτουργεί 10 χρόνια και φαίνεται σαν καινούργιο. Μπράβο στην ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου, η δουλειά που κάνετε όλοι φαίνεται με την πρώτη ματιά!!
