Good price very close to Santander and the airport. The very right and clean room. We eat in the restaurant a spectacular cheek!! All products are from your own fields and from your livestock. We are very happy.

We spent 2 nights in a double room with balcony along with our 20-month baby and the price-quality ratio is insurmountable: good room size, excellent cleaning, and have a detail on the day of exit :). I recommend breakfast buffet, where everything is home.

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Brand new structure (opened at the end of July 2022) in a suburban area near the busy Santander ring roads. Spacious, colorful and very pleasant common areas, friendly and welcoming staff even if the very young age betrays on occasion the lack of experience. Room not very spacious and rather basic with the idea, as scenic as it is uncomfortable, of the shower in the center of the room and only the toilet in a very small separate space. Going to the bathroom you can experience the same experience as astronauts in a Soyuz. Good soundproofing but occasionally a few sirens are heard. The rest, however, was perfect and the beds were also comfortable. It was difficult to find it despite google: the entrance is in a secondary street where, however, there is no sign; it would be enough to add an indication to signal the entrance. We did three laps (of the ring roads and holy navigator!) Before figuring out where the entrance was. There is also a bus stop just a stone's throw away. Free private parking around and under the structure but I don't know if there is enough space for all guests. Very problematic air conditioning: there are thermostats in the room but they do not work or are not enabled, so the air is managed room x room by a panel at the reception to which we had to ask three times to turn it on, then lower it and finally turn it off x night because noisy and annoying given the small size of the room. Very negative We didn't try the breakfast but all in all it seemed like a good point of reference for a stop & go near the airport where actually there are not many alternatives in Santander while I would not recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Surely the young management has some points for improvement but the structure is of a good standard

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel on our return to the UK by ferry....the hotel is always clean with good twin rooms and ensuite; the rooms may not be the most spacious, but very acceptable for an overnight stay. Very friendly reception staff and car parking both open and closed but under surveillance. Close to some restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the main shops alongside the sea. Pet friendly. Breakfast is good. Charges apply to parking and pets!

Lovely hotel, very well located in Santander with everything in walking distance. Immaculately clean, very nice rooms especially the superior doubles and the staff at reception were very helpful. There is a really nice breakfast room and a small bar, with a lovely outside area of seating. Unfortunately the aircon was off for the whole hotel (broken or switched off we didn't quite get to the bottom off) for the full stay and it was unseasonably very hot especially for the upper floors that caught the sun. To be fair we were compensated with a price reduction. Take care if you catch a taxi from the airport (c.E20) as we were all initially delivered to the wrong location as there are other hotels with similar names. Make sure you give the taxi driver a clear note of the name & full address. Overall a nice stay and we would go there again.

Just got back from a lovely 7 night stay at Hotel Bahia. We booked the holiday package through Brittany ferries. Our room on the 5th floor lovely and quite and had the most fantastic view looking out to the sea and mountains. The Room was a good size with tv, fridge with complementary water, lovely big walk in shower, could have done with a kettle but we took our own. Breakfast was included in our package plenty to choose from the buffet. The staff on reception where very helpful if you needed anything. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants and a bus ride to the beaches. There's restaurant and cafe bar at the hotel, the staff are all really lovely especially Britana who always looked after us in the bar (not sure if l spelt her name right) apologies if l haven't. We eat in the hotel restaurant a couple of times food a bit pricey but nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for exploring Santander.

Our arrival at the Parador Limpias was everything we expected. A nice building with a grandeur fit for a king. After check in, we enjoyed sitting at the lounge with a glass of complimentary Cava. The very large bedroom with lots of wooden cabinets and an impressive polished wooden floor enhanced the experience. The marble bathroom fitted well into the experience. Staff were efficient and we appreciated the wonderful breakfast with its a la carte options. So, our stay could have been wonderful. Unfortunately, there were too many issues that spoiled the experience. Once we started using the bathroom, strange noises and an unpleasant odor emerged from the plumbing. When alerted to the problem, the receptionist did not seem surprised and he promised to alert the technical department. Its staff dutifully arrived but with a can with refreshment spray as the only solution. Late evening and early morning, the guests upstairs got to pacing across their room on hard soled shoes. Suddenly, the wooden floor was not so attractive any more. And finally (was it because we stayed there on a Sunday night), the dishes served for dinner were very disappointing. I have rated our stay 3 stars out of 5. A shame, it could easily have been so much better.
