Washing my hands is clogged, and even in the rain, there is no water leakage. My slippers are thinner than paper, and my bed sheets are not clean. They have all been washed thin. Apart from the good location, everything else is too poor

The room is medium in size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom area is slightly larger. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and answers questions enthusiastically. Breakfast is simple. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the long-distance station and the central park.

The rooms was not clean and contains bugs. Employees was not helpful or friendly with us, they left us waiting about half an hour while the receptionist finished chatting.

The hotel is really great in location, staff, somehow fine. But, it is out dated, rotten, fungus around, more in WC. Broken shower.

Just to point it out. There are many fake comments about this hotel which mislead us to a different expectation. The room is big enough but very much out of date. The toilet is dusty and some facilities is not working. Breakfast was very simple.

EXCELLENT HOTEL - FANTASTIC LOCATION Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Airport is not very far either. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were professional and very helpful. There is free limited carparking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
