Looking at the five-star rating on the Internet, let's talk about the real staying experience. After arriving at Kinosaki Onsen, there will be a unified bus from the town to pick up and drop off passengers to their respective hotels. Nishimura is located near the JR station. If there is not much luggage, it is recommended to walk around because there are too many people on the bus and crowded people. Box-to-box, it is very decent for accommodation at this price. There was no welcome after getting off the bus. It rained on the day and felt a messy group of people entered the front desk. The lady who received me and introduced the hotel situation on the day spoke good English. Although there was a little accent, there was no obstacle in communication. After check-in, Zhongju's room service was relatively difficult to communicate. Although the whole service was smiling, the communication was relatively laborious. I personally think that in addition to Matsuba crab is very fresh, in fact, you can also eat such kaiseki dishes in Beijing. Depending on my personal choice, I don't think I have a particularly amazing feeling. If you often eat Japanese food, I personally think that It's better to go to town to eat a food stall. I need to give the keys to the front desk for safekeeping when going out. The two grandpas at the front desk are very cute at night. I choose which kind of slippers to go out for the soup and help me with the right clogs. I also ran and brought my own shoes to ask me Don't wear your own. The breakfast the next morning was really unaccustomed to eating, basically did not eat, and being knocked at the door at 7:20 was too painful for the Lai bed clan. If you stay next time, you will not choose to eat two meals a night Quietly lying on the tatami floor in the hotel is the best and most comfortable. When I finally left the store, it was messy, and there was no delivery process? Theoretically, it should have been delivered to the door. Was the ryokan I stayed in before so enthusiastic? Or has the West Village House been too ”foreign”?

Love this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.

The most surprising two days and nights in the Kansai tour of Japan for eight days and seven nights. Our triple rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good breakfast and dinner. The second floor opposite is the No. 1 Haizhong Court in the town, which is worth eating. The dinner provided by the hotel is mainly meat-based, including the entrance to the horse but the horse is a delicious and rich day. The town is small, people are less beautiful, and people are lingering. The only regret is that when we go, the cable car is closed. It will not open until June, and it will not be able to ascend. The hotel also has a bathrobe for free. The little brother at the front desk is also very cute. I really love it too!

Good points ・The receptionist was kinder ・Mr. The bad points ・The heating doesn't work at all ・I'm worried about the noise downstairs in the early morning ・There is no electricity in the corridor in front of the room at night and it's pitch black and I'm worried・There was hair in the hot spring*.

Very good hotel. The location is between the two hot springs, very convenient. The hotel service pays attention to details, including clothes, and the size of the shoes is very careful for you. Dinner is not fixed in advance, after the check-in, the style of Kaiseki cuisine is delicious! The hotel has its own private soup style, although the space is not large, but the hotel is small, a person is very comfortable when soaking. In addition, the hotel has a Taiwanese sister who introduced us to a lot of local experiences and said that Chinese is especially good! In short, there are many small town hotels. Although the other homes have no experience, the service of this family is indeed impeccable.

It was nice that they were very friendly. It was difficult to eat because I had a place to cook, but luckily I was able to eat food from a convenience store, so it was nice. I really couldn't eat what I bought at a restaurant. They lent me Japanese-style clothes, so I was able to take pictures, and I was satisfied.

My husband and I spent 1 night here and had an amazing experience. The location is great and it’s easy to walk to the train station and all the onsens. The staff is so attentive, welcoming, and kind. We had both dinner (we were lucky and were here for snow crab) and breakfast here. The food was amazing and some of the best we had in Japan. We also booked the room with the private bath, which was really nice to have and very spacious. Though the price tag is high, we found the experience to be worth the value.
