Facility is old but front desk service was awesome despite having to use google translate to communicate in English.

This hotel is a ways from the Kinosaki onsen,definitely not walking distance. The road is narrow. The people at the hotel were delightful and helpful. It was a nice walk to the beach from the hotel.

Access from Kinosaki Onsen is bad, but the staff was very nice and the room was spacious and clean.

It's quite far from the station, but they can pick you up when you call. The room was spacious and the bathroom and food were good. The staff were also very kind.

It was a clean and spacious room, but it was a little inconvenient because a shuttle or taxi was required from Kinosaki Onsen Station. I would be happy if the price was a little cheaper for the location.
