Good experience! Lovely place with very kind and helpful staff and owners! The rooms were very clean and equipped! We had lunch with a view of the mountains, good food and care! All surrounded by greenery, peace and tranquility! Recommended even just to take a break for a few days! Oh, obviously the wellness program is worth it!

When you feel like king and queen! we stayed at the Relais il Casale for my husband's birthday, what can I say, wonderful location, very kind staff, accurate buffet...everything perfect! The owner, Marcello, is always available for any need, I had asked for a cake for my husband and they were very careful to maintain the surprise effect! Classy environment, background music in the outdoor spaces, spotless rooms and many details that make the customer feel pampered. The place is nice but disorganized, we couldn't get the package massage and we left with a voucher in our pocket that we probably won't be able to use. All because a late client postponed the appointment by at least twenty minutes and we, who were last, had to leave and didn't have time for the massage. I would like to remind the reception staff that we were twenty meters away from them and they could call us to take the place of the late customer! We had a fabulous stay!! The place is lovely. Very large swimming pool with hot water and hydromassage, sauna, massage beds, emotional showers, well-kept garden with very comfortable deckchairs, buffet lunch with a myriad of tasty and delicious things, friendly staff from booking to stay (all super present and available). The spa room is a dream! 70 m2 including two bathrooms, hydromassage tub, massage beds, sauna, emotional shower... all for us. Welcome sparkling wine, two terraces.. I spent half a day with two friends in this nice structure, surrounded by nature. I'm sorry to say that however it is quite dated (see the room with the squeaky leather massage chairs) and is too expensive for the services they offer. Everything is excluded even water or a welcome drink (a spritz costs €12). There are: a beautiful garden with sunbeds by the pool, a room with massage chairs, a tiny sauna, an emotional shower which in my opinion does not work well, a salt room (which was not working this July) and a small cloverleaf swimming pool maximum 4 people. In summary, the garden area and sunbeds by the pool are well looked after, but more than €90 each for no other services included is too much.
