Easy walk from metro, clean and basic just what was needed for a weekend away. Staff were useful when needed.
Listed as smoke free hotel however heavy smell of smoke around hotel and in room which was unexpected

So, knowing that I am generally satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I have even to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the plate of the covers)
- breakfast is not bad but at the level of the ”salted” there was not much
- The staff was kind and available but it did not give any information from their initiative (for example, ask if you wanted a card, if you needed something for the room like a paraplus bed, since they saw me with a baby... .No proposal!)
It's the biggest negative point...for example, no one tells you that the room would not be cleaned by anyone (though the flyer posed in the sdb that explains to put the wallpapers in the shower if you want clean wallpapers...we did it and in the end de jour on les achevé toujours dans la douche....grosse déception et colère vu le prix correspondant à un prix d'hôtel...)
The cost of parking is €8 per night and breakfast is €12
The bed is comfortable and the common spaces are very nice.
Don't forget free Wi-Fi and that works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite all I think to return and I pe conseil.

I already knew this hotel I find very well. I will repeat for times when I'd have to go to Toulouse, spacious, clean and sufficient room. The sanitaries were very well as. Correct breakfast with choice. A successful stay.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

Outstanding Location in the Capitol of Toulouse. The Plaza is a vibrant and lively place. Packed with excellent restaurants and bars. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff were always available to deal with any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

DDottyDotsVery comfortable and spacious apartment with all amenities:
There is a free coffee machine in the lobby around the clock with coffee and hot chocolate, and there is a Brita water dispenser to press still water and sparkling water.
The Pantry has all the necessary cooking utensils and dining supplies, and best of all, there is also a dishwasher and enough dishwasher cleaning tablets to buy groceries back to the apartment to cook.
There are plenty of places to hang clothes, especially in the shower room where you can open the wall hanging clothes rack.
The hotel lobby is decorated very intagramble, every corner is beautiful to take pictures, the place to eat breakfast is a little walk into the lobby, very comfortable, although the food is mainly cold things: yogurt, cold cut, fruit, crepe, pancake, cake , bread, etc., want hot food to boil your own eggs or drink coffee.
The hotel is super conveniently located, just walk out to the Garonne River, two steps to the famous Toulouse representative attraction L'hôpital de La Grave, cross the river and walk for about 15 minutes to the Capitol Square and various attractions in the city center.
If you don't want to cook yourself, walk outside the square and it's already very busy. There are many good restaurants where you can chill and feel the local atmosphere.
The only thing to note is that there is no room cleaning service, and don't expect 100% very clean, the toilet in my room is from time to time a few ants walk through, some places a little hair yeah, a little stain, to the hotel in Europe hot It is inevitable.
However, I think the flaws outweigh the advantages and overall very satisfied!

GGuest UserOn the edge of the city, surrounded by empty space, hotel facilities are average, parking is free, service is good, a deposit of 100 euros is collected, but it has not been returned to the original account for a week. When asked, the hotel said it was due to the bank. I don't know if it is true. Let's wait and see.

NNagasakiIf you have a car, there was a shopping area with supermarkets and McDo within walking distance from the main road, which was very convenient and good place. The room had a bathtub, the bathroom and the bed were clean and comfortable.

Aanne1234The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous.
There is no hot water in the room.

MmybambamThe area is very convenient, close to the city center and the subway ... Toulouse main attraction for about 15 minutes, but we fully understand the facts when we choose it. The hotel offers good value for money, especially the location. The room was spacious but because the carpet was a bit old. Wi-Fi worked normally. The room was clean. But there is no elevator, you can ask the staff to help carry the luggage
