很小的房間，感覺都轉不開，但是很乾凈，前台很熱情，還幫忙打印了登機牌。位置是很好的，離幾個景點都不遠。

The room and the bathroom was quite big and fit for purpose. But what topped it off for us was the welcoming and helpful staff, both during the day and at evening. 24 hr reception was essential for us. Thank you very much to Serene (day staff) and Karim (evening staff), excellent customer service with a smile always! Location of the hotel was great too, we walked everywhere and it’s en route to the airport. Very close to the metro too.

The rooms were very small, difficult to manage 2 suitcases in tbe twin room.
House keeping didn't make up the rooms daily.

Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Everywhere walkable. Hotel clean, pretty basic but just what we wanted. We had twin room - bit of a tight fit but it was just our base for the three nights. Towels changed daily ( just as well as there was no where to hang them to dry). Hairdryer when requested. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Didn’t have the breakfast - offered to have it out later in the morning.

Good value for money hotel that is a great base for exploring Toulouse. Capitole is ten minutes walk away, plus if you fancy a trip out on the train, you're around 15 mins walk from the main station. Pretty basic facilities but very clean and quiet. Great for the Metro and airport shuttle bus.

The location was amazing walking distance to everything, room size was very small, Receptionist was very polite and friendly, but the mattress and the was very uncomfortable and every morning we were waking up with pain.

Economy hotel. Very tight room, no night tables, breakfast limited. They put on our table 1 croissant and 2 pieces of bread. No extras.

Very good hotel, very close to the shuttle stops to and from the airport, and to the metro stops. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and not small, clean room, modern bathroom with shower. Hotel very close to the Capitole and all destinations. I have never taken public transport. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
