The kid at reception when we arrived was very kind. We could not warn that we were going with a baby, and he got us the cuna at the moment. The studio was like in the photos. No great luxury, but with everything needed. The hotel is located in the hotel's parking area, just 5 minutes from Capitole. The hotel has a supermarket right next to the hotel to get the necessary food.

Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

The hotel is close to the Town Hall Square, very close to the pedestrian street, convenient transportation ~ good environment ~ no breakfast ~ but there is a restaurant next to the door - the bus stop ~ hotel environment is good, the hotel front desk is also enthusiastic ~

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous. There is no hot water in the room.

Close to the airport but no airport noise, the hotel facilities are good, the service staff are very warm, but the hotel management system seems to be faulty, check-in has been waiting for a long time.

The front desk brother actually speaks Chinese, it is a surprise, it is also very handsome, hee hee. The room is also wrong, the park environment is also good. There are not many people around, there is a lidl to go shopping, but it takes 20 minutes to walk.
