Great experience at Social Hub Toulouse ♥️ The rooms are quiet, modern and the bed is very comfortable. The service is very nice. The location is great : next to a metro station and a car parking, about 10 minutes from the center town by feet and 2 minutes from the wonderful japonese garden 🏮

I’m so satisfied to stay here, this is my favorite place to stay in Toulouse, clean, reasonable price. The staffs are very friendly. You can find everything you need around bars club shopping restaurants. There’s also a big park behind the hotel. Well recommended!!!

Nice room, tile on the floor needs repairing cut my foot. Nice facilities. Can be problematic waking around and requiring the room card. A suggestion would be for them to get wrist band fobs. Staff helpful.

Hotel and student campus together. Not exactly in the city centre ,1,5 km walk from capitol Square . Breakfast is extra and the cost is €14,00

Facilities: New and youthful in style, it has its own restaurant, multi-functional hall, gym and entertainment facilities, suitable for business and family travel. Hygiene: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. A very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than a hotel in the center of Paris.

Beautiful room, good restaurant and friendly and professional staff

A very professional staff from reception to departure, gym, piano, ping-pong, cinema, swimming pool on the roof, a number of services at your disposal to satisfy you. We must behave well there as the accompaniment is soothing. Of course nice rooms, drinks as well as food available. A wonderful hotel.

Let’s start with the positives - Staff was amazing especially Helmi, breakfast was wonderful. Now for the negatives - bedroom was dark and felt like student digs. Tthe air con didn’t work. The plug sockets are hidden by the side of the bed so unless you knew they were there you would miss them and end up plugging your phone in on the work desk which does mean getting out of bed to turn it off / snooze.. The sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom

Clean and comfortable accommodation and great rooftop pool. Gym was excellent as well all you need for a great workout.

Spacious hotel with plenty of facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, had a great time chilling at the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. Staff is friendly and the ambiance is just great. Extremely CLEAN! In the heart of Toulouse. Will definitely come back. Bar prices are fair, this is an excellent price for the service during the Rendez Vous en France fair! Good job

Forget the 22 square metres for a Queen standard as mentioned in Booking! Essential room 14 square metres at least. Bed not comfortable as should and also missing hair dryer. Like an Hostel we can comment. Breakfast at 15€ is essential and I did not found anything at 7.30 because of the hotel meeting groups. I asked an Americano and the waitress annoyed replied me in french..No one gave me that Americano. Young people no adults around to monitor. Service is inexistent. Definitely the worst experience as I travel every week for work in France and around. I would add I asked for an upgrade and Receptionists told me that Hotel was fully booked.. Automatic reply they know to say.. I went on booking website and I could easily make other bookings easily.. Availability of course. This is humiliation and not respect for a customer.

The staff is really nice, and the breakfast and facilities are amazing. The gym is really good. The cleanliness is not the best, specially the bedcover and bathroom. The lights of the room were not practical at all. In overall i enjoy the 2 nights.
