Hotel well located on the edge of the old town, with a convenient and easy access parking. The whole service is rather medium for a 4-star and we have particularly regretted a quite glacial reception, which has become even more acute when we asked to book a dinner in a restaurant (4 Pory Roku): We were told that this hotel did not make reservations while we saw, when we arrived at this restaurant, that two tables were labeled with reservations. When we returned to the hotel, we saw two spiders in the bathroom: one small and another much larger. Such things may happen but, in terms of quality of service, the reception should be much warmer, which is usually the case in this type of hotel....

I have called the hotel to book a room. The price with breakfast for a double room was 400PLN (800PLN two days). The receptionist asked to make a bank transfer of 400PLN to book it, and I did. We arrived in the hotel, made check in and had a nice weekend in the city of Toruń. I would say that it’s a bit overpriced but very clean hotel. The breakfast had everything and once we ordered from the restaurant the food was amazing. On the checkout I was asked to pay 808 (price for two nights plus a tax), which is the full amount. The receptionist couldn’t find my deposit. I had to show her my bank account to believe that I have paid in advance the 50% of the price. Getting here to leave a review, I realise that the price via booking is much cheaper than this one I was offered for the same type of room. Funny thing, the hotel does not provide housekeeping due to Covid except if you request it.

This excellent, great value and well located hotel and restaurant is perfect for seeing Torun Stare miasto. Located on the edge of town by the river all attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spread over two buildings, with clean accessible rooms, guest areas and restaurant. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Bedrooms were inviting, modern mixed with the old style building. Kettle, gingerbread and soaps available with access to minibar (chargeable). Reasonable on site parking (chargeable). Excellent price for the quality and will be staying here again.

Small hotel that develops on several buildings, so searching the room becomes almost a game, spacious rooms with a large and modern bathroom. Service of courtesy: In addition to a bottle of water, the necessary for a the. unfortunately the breakfast room in the ground floor suffers for little space (during my stay also hosted customers of another hotel). Frokost almost all salad. One in the common areas too many objects (armure, telephone 30s with keys, grammophone) that may create a certain atmosphere but are not necessary.

I spent two nights on leisure trip over the weekend and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to the city centre. As for the room, even thou it wasn't huge but it was excellent, spotless, daily cleaned, warm and comfortable. Extended breakfast, friendly personnel. Easy check in and out. Simply Well maintained hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for locals and foreigners for a leisure or business trip.
