My wife and I went to Torreón for a friends wedding and most of the guests stayed at the Crown Plaza including the Bride and Groom It was surprisingly very very nice we enjoyed our star enjoyed the Very nice indoor pool with city views The Wedding buses arrived at the hotel took us to the Chapel then to the Even then back to the hotel The Staff was very pleasant overall a good experience

I am just completing a stay here and overall give it two thumbs up. I am a Marriott Titanium member and was immediately upgraded to a very nice, spacious King executive room very close to their lounge which was empty except for the very sweet and helpful woman who was working there. The lounge (predictably) didn't feature food but had drinks and when I was needing a late night little sweet snack given my long drive the woman (whose name I wish I remembered but for management was working on Friday night, the 13th and is young and very attractive-- she was great!) ordered me up a small but very tasteful crepe that was delivered to my room. The room was very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also very nice, not the greatest I've ever had by a long shot (the JW in Shanghai will always hold that spot) but very decent. Overall, if you are looking for a Marriott property that is comfortable and safe in Torreon, I highly recommend the Torreon Marriott. I enjoyed my stay and you will to.

Hotel without the comfort you expect offers a Fiesta Inn chain hotel, at the time of my visit and accommodation, only one lift for 4 people, which took infinitely to rise and to drop. During the 3-day stay I had to reach the lobby and the room by the 4-bed stairs, with bags and my 6-year-old girl. Even as heating was 20 degrees, the room was kept on the fire, which is so that the room was under an exhaustive heat, it takes your own soap and shampoo because it seems better to have a liquid soap for hair and body. Think well if it's the place you want to go to ”slap”.
