Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel

Having done the rounds of luxury and boutique hotels, I can safely say that true luxury is more about what cannot be bought. The beautiful hotel, decor, and surroundings are a given and Canne Bianche delivers in spades. Excellent food, drinks and ambience, all big ticks. However, this is not sufficient to create lasting memories. What creates lasting memories, is the commitment, passion, care and genuine welcome the staff extend. This can be trained into people and acted out, but it is only where people actually care, because they are invested, does it feel real. Canne Bianche staff deliver this in spade. Their smiles and genuine care shine through. Any glitch is swiftly dealt with, with transparent efficiency. They prompt all your needs and do so with true care. The little touches also make this place special, to name a few: the home made cookies at turndown, and the goodie bag at departure. These mark the place out beyond the five star competitors in my view. I cannot recommend it sufficiently. Well down.

We stayed for a week in July. The staff are welcoming, speak English & always say good morning when they pass. What we loved: The pool area is excellent. Cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas spread out, so you have space from the other guests. We stayed in July for a week and never had an issue getting a spot. Love that there is grass as well as a paved area. The hotel can arrange a hire car. You must do this, it is a necessity to visit Bari, Lecce, Alberobello etc. The ricotta tart / ricotta cheesecake on the breakfast buffet is lovely. The festa that the hotel had on Sunday night for 70 euro a person was nice. You sit at a communal table and the food is served buffet style. The panzerotti and orecchiette were great. They had live music and a man making burrata. Small things that could be improved: At other five star hotels, the gym is open 24/7. We were jet lagged and woke up at 5am. We couldn’t use the gym as it was locked. Two small bottles of water are provided per day. In other hotels we have been given multiple bottles, which meant at Canne Bianche we had to pay for water at the hotel or buy it outside. Two bottles a day aren’t enough. In good news, there is a small shop directly opposite the hotel that opens at 9am, a whole 6 pack of large bottles of water was around 3 euro, which was the cost of one small bottle from the hotel. Other suggestions: Book dinner at Dubonnet, it is an easy walk from the hotel and the food, especially the seafood, is great. There’s not much else around the hotel, so you need to hire a car if you want to get away. Gallipoli (crystal beach) is better than Monopoli and polignano mare. You can hire lounges and umbrellas from the beach club and the beach has sand and beautiful clear water. It had a natural sandbank which meant a great shallow spot of water on the sand, and the other side of the sandbar depose water. We have completed reviews of some of the food in the region, you can take a look on trip advisor. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this small boutique style hotel. We had four nights and felt thoroughly relaxed at the end. Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. We ate in the restaurant every evening and all staff were really friendly. We particularly would like to praise one waiter (more mature waiter but sadly cannot remember his name) for his excellent service. We are foodies and found all meals were great. Bedroom was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. We could sit in our outside terrace, which was private, if preferred. Pool very clean and gardens well kept. We had no problem finding a sunbed and there was plenty of space between them.

We stayed at Canne Bianche for just over a week at the end of June . We absolutely loved out stay in Puglia - the hotel was amazing, particularly the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with a huge selection to choose from - fresh focaccia and burrata to start the day - well it just doesn’t get any better. The hotel itself has a very calming feel and the pool area and grounds beautiful . Even though the hotel appeared to be full, we could always get a sunbed . We had dinner in the hotel twice and lunch at the beautiful pool restaurant and the food was superb. We hired a car and spent a lot of time visiting other towns and villages in Puglia so probably didn’t spend as much time as we would have liked to enjoying the hotel facilities and grounds. All the staff were so lovely , from the reception, restaurant, bar, pool staff to our lovely housekeeping lady . All in all a fabulous holiday in a fabulous hotel - we can’t wait to return!

Well what can I say? Is this one of the best ever experiences we have had at a hotel or resort? Yes it is! Canne Bianche is one of those special places that when you leave you feel sad because you don’t want to go. That a sign it is something really wonderful. Where do I start? The fabulous rooms? The incredible pool? The incredible warm Puglian service? The mind blowing food made from scratch? (And often on display to revel in) The traditional food and dancing events hosted? The tide daily room service? The spa? The relaxed luxury feel? The personalised CB touches? The location in Torre Canne which is a hidden gem? Every detail is considered and delivered to perfection. It is seamless. We only stayed four nights but we should have stayed 7-10. We can’t wait to visit again! Grazie!

The moment my husband and I arrived at Canne Bianche all our cares disappeared. We felt pampered and cared for by each and every member of the entire staff. The grounds are pristine and beautiful. The pool is wonderful with plenty of space to lounge and relax. Our room was well appointed with terrace and walk-in shower. An abundance of services: nightly turndown, massage, nightly soft music, 3 dining rooms. We would definitely return again. Excellent. Grazie mille!

Elegance!!! We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October, which is usually towards the end of the season. Despite this, from the moment we arrived, it was evident that the service and attention to detail was not winding down! Everything was rather highest standard - from the gorgeous lobby, which appears both decadent and traditional; to our room, which was luxurious and beautifully decorated (as well as fully stocked with a Nespresso machine, cocktails and snacks). Although a boutique hotel, it didn't feel small - the outside areas are vast, stunning and very well laid out. The interior boasts plenty of space to relax also. The pool area is spacious and splendid - during our visit we always had a choice of sun loungers and we particularly enjoyed being able to step out onto the beach through the garden. What made our stay particularly memorable was the staff at the hotel. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and exuded genuine warmth. When we ventured out to Fasano and Alberobello for the day, Patrizia went out of her way to make all of the arrangements for us, having also given us many recommendations and great deal of information about the places we were visiting. At the breakfast on my birthday I was presented with surprise birthday cake and candle on it to blow !! So wonderful!!! Now my wish to come back to Canne Bianche must come true!!!! All in all, we were very well taken care of - the service, amenities, and decor were thoughtful and elegant; the food and drink were fantastic and the people were delightful. The hotel is conveniently located between the towns to visit in the area. A car is needed to move around. The staff is very kind and professional, willing to help in any manner. The hotel is a fine and excellent hotel.

Possibly the best place I have stayed in Puglia! We have been going to Puglia for over 10 years and this experience has been exceptional. The accommodation, food, grounds and most of all staff are all brilliant. From check in to check out the staff could not have been friendlier. The entire site is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The grounds have a mix of sun beds and seating, all comfortable and clean.
