Hotel Peppers

What a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

We stayed for Easter and again had a great stay. The room even had a see view from the Velux roof balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was lovely and warm without being too hot. Tea and coffee makings were in the room with a kettle, even a hairdryer for us to use. In our room we had two chairs and a large TV too. Now for me the highlight was the breakfast, its so well cooked and wonderful quality. No sauce required for me on it. The scrambled eggs are the best I have had. We could have cereals before our cooked breakfast and help ourselves to toast. The hotel is a short walk from lots of restaurants and the harbour too. The owners are such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would recommend to anyone and will be rebook here soon as we have spare holiday.

Just up the road from the lovely harbour … plenty of bars and coffee shops around the town …..

The welcome was warm and friendly throughout our stay and was very relaxing the owners could n t do enough to make our stay memorable would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break and is well situated for all amenities in the town all within walking distance

Just stayed two nights in the Family run Peppers Hotel and what a wonderful friendly warm welcome we received from Sanjeev and Sabita they are first class hosts nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure you were happy with everything, it made us feel like it was home from home, we would highly recommend this hotel with hospitality second to none the room was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed for a relaxing stay a credit to them both we wish Sanjeev and Sabita every success in everything they do and we look forward very much to our next visit. I visited Torquay for a fishing trip and stayed at the Hotel Peppers for 2 nights. I had a single bed en suite room, and it was just big enough for one with a well stocked tea and coffee tray and a really comfy bed. A small fridge was outside the room on the landing with fresh milk supplied. Parking was out the back of the hotel with only space for about 3 cars. I'm not sure where you'd park if there was no space there. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the town centre and the marina whi h was handy for me. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the town. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because I was out very early both mornings. Maybe the option of a packed breakfast to take away, fruit, pastry, or something for the early starters? The hosts were absolutely amazing people, friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help and always on hand. I will stay here again on my next fishing trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Peppers. It was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and the homemade berry and yoghurt pots were lovely. The hosts San and Sabita were very friendly and helpful. Checking each day that we had slept well and if there was anything we needed. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Torquay

Smell bad arrogante and unfriendly staff they speak with you like they don’t want you there avoid this hotel they are not helpful to you if you ask a question they respond to you like you have offended them OMGOSH I don’t recommend. Mr. Wig. YouTube

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is owned by truly kind hosts. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were incredibly comfortable, and the pricing was fair, especially considering the fantastic location and the warm service provided. Please keep in mind that this is a bed and breakfast style hotel, so don't expect a large on-site parking area. Fortunately, subject to availability, you can reserve onsite parking in advance, and the hotel covers the cost of parking in a larger lot just uphill. It's worth noting that many of the guests I encountered were returning visitors, and they were genuinely delightful and engaging individuals. While the breakfast was a bit pricey, considering the complimentary parking, the overall value for money, and the exceptional hospitality, I believe that for convenience, it's worth the extra expense. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I personally hope to return in the future.
