A lovely Hotel and Spa We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it. It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay. We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice.

The room overlooking the carpark was quite comfortable. We had two single beds, even though we are a couple. The room and bathroom are spacious but cold and the heating was very slow. Our package included lunch or dinner and we opted for.lunch which was awful - we have had better meals in a bar: the food was nearly cold and tasteless; the white and ted wines were both very basic vins de table and quite rough. The staff were rushed and quite inept at serving beyond just serving and removing plates. For a 4-star hotel, this is cemetery overrated. We haven't yet been to the Spa or had breakfast, but my expectations are very low. This was a birthday gift, and it's a memory we will do our best to forget, sadly. The views are the only thing going for it,really, and maybe the comfort of the rooms in the Summer.

This a splendid hotel in the mountains with a spectacular view. The ideal retreat for those who want get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The indoor pool spa and outdoor pool are superb. I only wished that that there was open access to the indoor pool spa and the restaurant did not need reservations. Being on vacation, I prefer an unstructured schedule where I can eat and bathe whenever I want. Also, I prefer to be in a hotel surrounded by cafes, restaurants, markets etc. For my taste this hotel is a bit isolated. Nevertheless, it is ideal for those seeking this type of vacation retreat.

Lovely area and property! Lovely area! The woman who worked the front desk from Argentina was wonderful and offered great recommendations. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I only wish they tried to separate the families in one dining room as there were a handful of spoiled children. Loved the property and town! Walkable and charming

Descubrimiento cerca de casa y muy recomendado, fin de semana para descansar, un trato muy agradable y cercano a la vez que educado. El spa es pequeño pero suficiente y el chico que explica el funcionamiento, es la primera vez que nos explican tan bien el funcionamiento de un spa, así que de 10. Como recomendación bajaría. De intensidad o quitaría alguna luz del techo para que haya menos luz. La habitación perfecta. El menú muy rico al igual que las hamburguesas que cenamos, muy rico todo. Los precios asequibles, ni caro ni barato. Recomendable 100% y volveremos.

Hemos ido a este hotel para canjear un cheque regalo de cofre vip de 99€ que incluía una comida para dos y adicionalmente compramos dos entradas al spa por 50€. Que sorpresa cuando al llegar vemos un cartel en la recepción de comida para dos (el mismo menú que el nuestro) + spa = 84€. Hemos pagado 150€ por un servicio que ofrecen por 84€. ¿No os da vergüenza estafar la gente así? Y no es todo… en la comida (99€ por dos) nos sirven un vino que cuesta 1,71€/botella (captura). Yo este vino me lo tomo encantada en un menú del día de 15€ y con casera pero pagando 50€/pax es una vergüenza… Y el spa… es muy pequeño, sin más, pero lo mejor de todo es que ves la piscina “guay” infinity pool con vistas al lado y te dicen que esa es para alojados, no para ti que pagaste 50€ de entrada. No se si es más absurda la idea de que no te dejen usarla o la de ponerla detrás de una cristalera para que la veas todo el rato, lo bonita y vacía que está. En fin… en Asturias hay sitios con ofertas parecidas que de verdad merecen la pena, tanto por la calidad como por sitio, esto no se puede llamar de otra manera que no sea “un timo descarado”. Importante añadir que el personal fue muy amable durante toda la visita, no tienen la culpa de este desastre. No recomiendo.

Un sitio con unas vistas para desmayarse. En invierno, con nieve, parecerá Suiza. Mucho confort. Muy agradable todo. Transmite mucha paz La comida excelente. Destacó el arroz con leche porque es riquísimo.
