因為提前看了網友的評價，所以跟前台説“幫我選一個遠離ktv和餐館得房間”，有一説一這個要求不過分吧，有沒有合適的房間不能解釋嗎，前台張嘴就是“如果對這些要求很高，建議換一個酒店”。正月初五下午四點多你跟我説這個？過年商家往外趕客是吧？這一年都不想做生意了是吧？不會説話就別在前台啊，前台到底有沒有經過專業培訓？就算顧客要求達不到，不能搞好解釋嗎？何況要求又不過分，而且下午四點多，不可能滿房，希望加強服務業從業培訓！
