Good location, very close to everything. Very clean room. Comfortable and spacious bed. Spectacular views of the city. We will return for sure.

Attentive staff and always available to help. I didn't try the food as the reservation was only with accommodation. Comfortable and well located hotel

The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. It is recommended that the front desk prepare mosquito coils. There is no kettle in the room, and the one borrowed from the front desk was broken. Suggestions for improvement

When we arrived, the room was ready. At the reception they were very kind offering us breakfast for the next day, and what to say about the room, it was great, it had a lot of space and the mattress was very comfortable. We didn't use the hotel car park but right in front of the hotel there are many places to park and we had no difficulty finding it. A success, we will definitely return!

Well, my wife's bag was stolen in a private room on the 2nd floor and with a waiter controlling access to the buffet, the thief or thieves went through reception and went to the buffet room and was talking to the waiter who controlled access (because I saw it and he confirmed it) and yet I don't know why they let him stay in the living room (they asked me for the room to go through) and in an oversight they stole our bag. I think we should be much more careful with access, we'll see how this ends Between the €3,000 they took from the card and the more than €1,000 of losses due to cash, mobile phones, glasses, car keys, etc., my stay went downhill. EYE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING UNATTENDED In principle, the hotel rejects any responsibility and they tell me that they don't have insurance to answer for the theft, we'll see if the Ministry of Health can mediate in the matter.

Surely it is not the best hotel to go to visit Toledo, since it is not close to the center and it has a long walk to inside the walls, but since I always go to see my family, for me it is the best there is and on top of that without being a expensive hotel. It's quiet, you can park easily, it's comfortable, it's clean, which is what I'm looking for.

We stayed as part of a coach tour group on a DBB basis - the hotel was reasonably located for access to Toledo and it was clean - but the food offering let them down......badly - especially the evening meals which were at the "terrible" end of the range

Receptionist handled our arrival perfectly! Friendly, professional, very responsive to our questions. He went way beyond our expectations.

This hotel is too far from downtown Toledo. There was a cemetery next door!! We were on a group tour. Our company got blistering feedback The pool closed Sept. 9. We were not advised. Temp. was 34 C No outside patio furniture No bar. Supper was two pieces of Ham covered in a bland white sauce with a small grouping of potatoes. MacDonald's would be a step up No coffee after dinner until our tour manager stepped Supper was awful Room had a tub 1 pillow each No coffee in the room

Very accessible to public transportation. However the room had a annoying smell.
