It is still very good to sleep at the transit station of the trip! The hotel is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is the quality of Marriott. Hotel parking is 22 dollars a day, but the opposite parking building is only 6 dollars, and they usually recommend guests to park diagonally opposite. It was 6:00 in the morning when I checked out, before dawn, a girl was going to pick up the car from the parking lot diagonally opposite, and the hotel even sent a security guard to accompany me to see me get in the car to ensure my safety! He said that Toledo is a small Detroit, and the law and order in some places is not very good! So they are going to walk with me to get the car! Great hotel

We are in the heart of downtown Toledo, next to the SeaGate Convention Center. We also offer 8,000 sq. ft. of on-site event space. Clean and satisfied with stay… Parking area is nice and well let…sketchy area to one side but barb wire fence installed to keep out the undesirables… Lobby is modern and spacious…. Limited elevators but they move quick…. Hallways clean and well kept…. Carpet in common areas clean and no damage…. Room was super clean and no damage to walls floors or furniture that was visible… Bathrooms super clean and no mold observed anywhere Staff attentive and kind Would stay here again👍

A confortable stopover but staff could be more welcoming and breakfast could offer more options

The hotel is away from the highway so it is quiet. The facility is in very good condition and the everything was clean. They were at capacity because of the eclipse. I had booked a room online for Sunday night and later added Saturday night under a different reservation because it wouldn't let me modify the first registration. So I called on the way to confirm that they could link the reservations so that we wouldn't need to change rooms. No problem. Except they cancelled my Sunday night reservation at a rate of $145 and combined it with my Saturday night reservation at a rate of $355. I produced copies of my reservation and they corrected it. But really... they were going to charge me $210 more, plus taxes. I spent a fair amount of my time working in the lobby and got to overhear a lot of conversations by the staff. They seemed polite but I got to hear quite a few conversations demeaning their guests. And they literally folded towels in the lobby on the breakfast tables. Breakfast was okay if you timed it when they actually had it fully stocked. At one point I think it had to be 20-30 minutes for eggs to come out. No biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Running out of bagels, and other items were rationed. I've stayed at many hotel brands and IHG hotels and have never seen anything quite like it.

I am aware of the earlier negative reviews, which almost made me skip this hotel, but it was the best option for us and I'm glad I chose it! It was sparkly clean and seemed like a brand new hotel. Maybe it was remodeled or something over COVID but everything about it was pristine. Super-nice breakfast, spacious rooms, quiet, very clean rooms and public spaces. But best of all was the front desk staff, particularly Silk Foster, who were so super-nice, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I were in the area. It may be our new base of operations in Toledo.

Very good, the service is in place. Eating and shopping is very convenient. I will definitely check in again the next time I go back. Although not super luxurious, but the price is very high, and the living is very comfortable.
