The Sanchaya

The five-star praise of The Sanchaya Hotel in Indonesia left behind the beauty of the journey - There is a hotel lounge at the pier - There will be a butler to assist you with all landing visas and luggage security checks throughout the process. You only need to sit in a quiet lounge, drink coffee or tea and wait. -The butler will arrange a special car to check in at the hotel - The hotel is very service-oriented, and every link can get warm and thoughtful service from all the staff, and almost everyone calls me by my name, it is really warm -Food and wine are the highlights of the hotel, order with your eyes closed, everything is delicious - There is a great white sand beach outside the hotel, which is very suitable for kayaks and surfboards (short boards are more suitable) The hotel has free ones that can be used -Although the overall decoration is not very new, it is well maintained I hope it can be a reference for my partners going to Bintan Island.
CK Tanjungpinang Hotel & Convention Centre

The room was very clean and well maintained. The interior design of the lobby and the alley were a bit outdated but that's not an issue if you are travelling for business. The room service was very cheap as well. Everything works well but the AC was not too cold, just cool. Overall this is a recommended hotel that will provide quite a comfortable stay.

This place has the nice vibes of a traditional resort. Staff were largely polite, welcoming and friendly. There’s a large private beach area. However, my stay was marred by several issues. I booked a room with options for either a double bed or 2 twin beds. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no double beds available. I asked the staff if there’s anyone in a double bed room who’s checking out today, and told the staff I’m willing to wait if there is. She said there’s a guest in a double bed room who’s checking out that day, but she’s unable to “confirm”. She suggested that I take a room with 2 twin beds combined instead. Sensing that I’ve no choice, I reluctantly accepted it, and upon reaching that room, I saw the adjacent room with a double bed and the room looked vacant. I went back to the reception to ask if I could take that other room, and this time another staff took over and told me there’s a room with double bed for me but I have to wait for it to be ready. I agreed but felt perplexed why the first staff couldn’t have just told me the same thing. It’s not like I insisted on having a double bed room immediately, I already said I’m willing to wait. Another issue was the wifi. We all had problems connecting to the wifi, and when we finally got connected, the connection was often unstable. On the second night, there was a power failure and the electricity was out for several minutes. Overall, this is still a nice comfortable resort that makes a good getaway from the city. It will be even better if staff communication and wifi can be improved.

Banyan Tree's hotels are basically not disappointed. Of course, this one in Bintan is not very bright. The rooms are ineffective. The private beach is still clean and beautiful. It is a bonus project. The beach has some oil, but Does not affect the environment and perfection, the hotel restaurant is good, breakfast pastries are freshly baked, every morning you can smell a strong aroma in the room, can be particularly delicious, if you eat dinner at noon, crab is the most cost-effective food The key is still delicious. We ordered one for the first meal and three for the second meal. The third meal was for one person. The price is less than 180 and other fried rice. Compared with Tom Yum Goong soup, the price is very high. In addition, the hotel's spa is also good. The price of Angsana in Phuket is around 700, which is only around 350-360. The methods and services are good. There are no restaurants and shops around the hotel that can only be consumed at the hotel, and the price is not commented. The price is so expensive. We have 9 people in 3 families, eat Lasha and add SPA, it will be more than 6000 in 3 days, and it will include breakfast for 3 children.
One of A Kind Resort at Trikora Beach

Trikora Beach
Customer service at this resort is excellent. While the location is slightly secluded, it offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The Ocean View Room is perfect for couples, and I highly recommend trying their barbecue. Personally, I found the Normal Room to offer more privacy compared to the Ocean View. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but could be improved. They also offer additional services such as massages, but they have limited masseurs, and there were some communication issues during my experience, which limited the massage duration to 30 minutes. I believe the masseurs could benefit from more training to enhance the overall customer experience. I would suggest booking a private driver for a day to explore the area. Additionally, the resort provides acceptable currency exchange rates, which is commendable
