This hotel is small and there is no front desk staff to check in. You have to rely on the IPad in the foyer to communicate with the staff to obtain the entrance password. The room is compact but well-equipped and very new. The toilet and bathroom are quite spacious, and the kitchenette is also very practical. It is very close to Kasai Station and the Disneyland bus stop within walking distance. There is a supermarket and convenience store across the door, and the living facilities such as dining and hairdressing are complete. Generally speaking, as long as you don't stay in the room all day, you will find your stay comfortable and the price-performance ratio is very high. It’s a great place to visit Disney, and it’s also ok to go to the city center, half an hour from Shinjuku Ginza. The picture shows the Disney shuttle bus point.

It was great to have a stove! The bathroom was clean, but it would have been better if they provided toiletries and loungewear, but the cost performance is good so I thought this was it!

The price is cheap, the transportation is convenient, and there are many supermarkets and convenience stores around. However, the hotel principle is to provide cleaning service once for stays of seven days or more, which means that a waiter will clean once after seven days of stay. If additional cleaning services are required, additional charges will be required, including additional bath towels (only two bath towels and two towels are provided for check-in). I'm not complaining about the hotel. It's okay if people have such regulations. However, the platform agent didn't mention it at all in the web promotion. If the explanation was clear, I would not choose this hotel. The whole check-in process was self-service. On the first day of check-in, the toilet was clogged and a Japanese uncle came (who was very nice) and I didn't see any other waiters. Fully self-service from check-in to check-out. If you have any questions, go to the service desk on the first floor. There is an iPad available to make voice calls. They only speak Japanese and English. If you speak Japanese, or your English is pretty good, and don't mind cleaning your room once a week, including sheets, quilt covers, bath towels, and taking out the trash, this hotel is a good choice. The Ctrip hotel housekeeper was very nice. Although we wanted to check out early and were unable to do so, he has been helping to communicate with us since we raised the issue and also made some compensation. The reason for this evaluation is that I feel that I was deceived by the agent's promotional website this time, and I hope that Ctrip can strengthen its management.
