It is a good choice for family travelers staying in Tokyo for more than 3 nights. The space is large enough, clean and tidy, and you can also do laundry and cook.
It's acceptable to have an unattended front desk, but at least have a remote manual service at the door. You can make one-click voice calls or something. It's too inconvenient to have to reply by email!
We arrived early with two boxes and two children and were unable to check in or store our luggage. There was no place to ask, and no one answered the phone, so we had to drag the boxes back to the subway station to store them.
Also, it’s okay if no one cleans the place for 3 days, but it’s really unhygienic if no one collects the trash for 3 days. . . .

The hotel is within 6 minutes walking to metro station nearly. The room is also very clean and tidy.

The residence was in a pleasant location and relatively close to the subway. There are places to eat and drink close by. Check in had a couple issues with submitting passports 3 times but was manageable. Initial view of condo was clean and tidy. Wish we’d checked the bedding when we arrived as we noticed stains on the sheets as we were checking out! Was not at all impressed!

Great location, with local restaurants nearby, surrounded by many train stations. Easy check in, the room has everything you need (fridge, sink, washing machine, smart TV) 💯👍

We are a family of four and the facilities were absolutely fit for purpose and all in good working order. The beds were comfortable and access to the facility good. Location is good.
We would definitely opt to stay there again.

Just wow. I have no words. The first aspect of this property i love is their communication. They are very diligent in getting information to you and answering any questions you may have. Checking in was amazing and honest very forward in its use of technology. If you are trying to be in a city life area this isn't for you bit its location to the subway line is nice. You get a variety of food option and is nice and quiet. We had a lot of space for 2 people. 10/10 would stay again
