The sound you heard was likely the sound of water flowing to prevent condensation. Since the hotel's air conditioning is centrally managed, we cannot turn off this function. However, switching to fan mode will reduce the noise. We also have heaters, blankets, and earplugs available; please feel free to ask the front desk for them. The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, adjacent to transportation hubs such as the JR line and Tokyo Metro, and its convenience is often praised by guests. As you mentioned, there is indeed a cemetery near the hotel, but if conditions permit, we can arrange a room facing away from that direction for you.
