Very good service attitude

It was an interesting experience! The bed looks like a bookshelf, and I feel like I'm a book. I was surprised at how quiet it was. Guesthouses are always lively and lively, but here everyone was quiet and had a sense of distance from each other. They lent me a cell phone charger for free, which was helpful. The bed and upper bunk require a small ladder, which may be inconvenient for people with large luggage or those with a strong physique. Beds are small for tall people.

This capsule hotel in Tokyo is really unique and charming! It turned out to be part of a bookstore, which was a surprise. You can rest in a comfortable capsule while enjoying the books surrounding you, so you can blend into the cultural atmosphere. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is quiet, giving people a feeling of concentration. If you are a person who loves books and traveling, this is definitely an ideal choice for you!

The breakfast area is rather tiny can only accommodate 8 people and the paid breakfast was sandwich that was rather salty

Many customers but staff not friendly. Ladder for higher bunk is difficult to use. Breakfast not nice.

It is as beautiful as it looks, an experience out of 10. On my trip to Japan I wanted to try the experience of sleeping in a capsule hotel and I found this different hotel, the idea is great and the concept is very well executed. The experience of sleeping in a bookstore is very interesting, I didn't know what to expect from the room or capsule but the truth is that it was all positive. The mattress is thin but very comfortable, as is the cushion. As you check-in, they provide you with all the bedding as well as towels for the bathroom. Inside the room you have plenty of space for one person, in fact I managed to store all my luggage except the backpack inside the room, and once you close the double curtain you enjoy complete privacy. The staff is super attentive and friendly, they speak English well and they even provide you with graphic aids in English if you need it. An incredible experience and a very beautiful place, it is located on the 8th floor and the views from the terrace are beautiful

床格有異味，床就在公眾地方旁。常有拖鞋走路聲，收拾行李聲。半夜被吵醒好幾次

It was a great place to stay! We met lots of interesting people, and whenever we needed help, the staff was very helpful!

The location is convenient and suitable for travelers who have a short stay and leave early and come back late.
