The room is smaller than what the pictures show, typical “Tokyo-size” that you would expect. First room we checked into had a big cockroach on the wall; the staff was helpful to help us changed to a different room right away.

This hotel is very good, staff are nice and helpful, however there are some improvements for the hotel, such as the cleanness and the offered consumables of the room.

The hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.

The room is not too big, two large beds should be placed on the sofa bed
But the win lies in the cleanliness of the enterprise and the friendly attitude of the waiters

The location was close to the train station which was helpful especially since it was raining the day we left and had to walk there with our luggage.
However, the hotel does not have any amenities - no restaurants, concierge, lobby/sitting area, etc... if that is important to you.
