There is no tv or radio.
There is av resident with several did that sound like they fight playfully, but loudly at different times of the night
Otherwise quite nice. I wont stay again without a tv though.

I nicely laid out property, and quiet. As I arrived 2 days after a hurricane, the area was still recovering, and fortunately power was returned the day i arrived... The property manager was helpful though and offered flexibility if this had not been the case.
The town and beach are close by.
The room would benefit from the addition of at least a microwave, and some utensils for preparing your own food as there are no catering facilities on site.
I enjoyed my stay.

The property was lovely and the staff were wonderful. We were able to communicate with them in English the entire time. They were very responsive to emails and we were able to arrange a ride from one of the staff to cabos san lucas. The only downside was the location is a longer walk than we expected to the main street and it is all up hill. There is a sidewalk but its difficult in places to stay on it. There are a few things to do around the villa which were nice too! There is a cafe, a restaurant and a yoga studio all with in walking.
