Absolutely ridiculous. So bad was the guest relations. I had a booking for yesterday for 2 people on twin sharing basis. We reached the property by 2am. The girl at the reception told us that the club house is full. She made us wait till 3 am and finally allocated an apartment in same campus. The apartment was so lousy with bathroom doors not closing and bed room doors not closing. Rooms were not furnished with no bed linens or blankets. No bathroom towels or soap. Since it was 3 am in the morning, we didn’t have any options but to take what was available. She apologised in the morning with what happened regarding the confusion of not providing me room in spite of confirmed reservations. Today morning they confirmed room reservation at club side rooms. After work we reached the property around 8 pm. Around 10.30 we went to the coofffee shop and we wanted to pick up couple of sodas from fridge provided for guest. We were told by the same lady that there is no key to fridge and she cannot help me. This is so ridiculous and even after paying so much money for a lousy set up, we could not get even a soda. For an experienced traveller like me and being a company who have rented out an apartment with them on ***** term basis, very sorry to state that this is so unbecoming of the management and staff to behave so rudely and irresponsibly to guest . If this is the behaviour to guest who have spend at least 25 previous nights, it’s to any one’s imagination how they will behave to guests with relatively fewer experience. It’s high time management look into this facts and do training of staff especially the night staff to the basics of hospitality
