The general health situation is better, the environment is better, and the food is better. The location is on the edge of the city, behind the mountain, relatively quiet. The food is really good and worth recommending.

We a family of four stayed at this property on 5th November 2024. On arrival to Tirupati we first saw roadside poster of this property and went there for lunch On reaching the property we immediately liked the ambiance. The thali lunch was delicious and huge. Later on the evening we checked in here, skipping the already booked another hotel. For late check in we got discount. The rooms were big and of Taj standard. Next day also we got late check out without any additional charges. We loved the property and the service. All staff including the Manager, reception, restaurant and room service were excellent. We have decided to stay at this property only on our every year visit to Tirupati. Big thanks for everything.

Overall experience was very fantastic we visited in Neera bar there bartender umesh is was making very nice and delicious cocktail we enjoyed and we had food in Varuna Avinash was suggested Andra special staters was very teasty and memorable great experience with taj and good staff

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

Very Good Rooms. Good location. Very Good food. Also extremely high service orientation by the team. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and have been always been impressed with service mindset. The rooms are spacious as well and well maintained

Hotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It met my expectations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had all the amenities and the staff were reasonably slow to respond when asked for baggage support. The hotel is close to restaurants.

A good layout with huge scope for improvement in front office sraff negotiation clarity, room hygiene as well as internal hotel premises neatness. We opted for hourly stay they said USD 12 (1000 INR) for AC cubicle but alloted non AC. When queried at front office, repkying rudely that ” why arguing? I told non ac only ( lying clearly) If you want AC pay USD 4 extra (300 INR) so we paid in cant but mode and shifted. Room is not bad but worst wash room. Whenever you enter inside direct flow of ac vent drain falls on your head. Ineffective WIFI. Walk a ways, lobby is dirty & unwanted materials thrown here and there. Since this prperty is in prime location subject to mgmt concentrates on improvement, can prosper. Not issued bill also.

HI i stayed in Hotel Regalia it is located in hot of the city,the hotel maintained well and good hygine,i felt its like a home atmosphere,the rooms are well maimtained ,here only i saw that the freshnup service is there its a good part and all the people are very help to guide the guests. Food was really good check in and check out process is relly good and we recommanded this hotel for my friends and family members.
