VM Resort & Spa

I had one of the best stays in this wonderful resort. The rooms are cozy and nice. The person that did our check in Asena was very polite and explained us everything we needed to know at the check in. I would highly recommend staying at this resort to everyone. The Spa was very amazing and relaxing.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing view, pool and beach access. Very clean and the staff is very kind. Ermira and Ardit from reception, but also staff from the restaurant. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, balkan breakfast with international adjustment.

STAY AWAY from that place. If want to sleep don’t go, music from bar is so loud that ur bed shakes . Every night till midnight there is this music, and u can’t stay in your room. If u want to relax go far far away from this destination!!! Terrible , tasteless food. Every single day we ate the same food. There was no cocktails ,no ice cream for kids, fruits was so bad… no more than 2 stars hotel , maybe 2,5 . Spa is under construction since forever … Personal is from young boys and girls , and they are so slow, if I wanna coffee in the morning u will wait 20 minutes …I’ll never come back to this nightmare!!!

Our experience at the VM hotel resort and SPA has been very bad. Starting with one of the things that made us choose this hotel that was, as the name suggests, the fact that it has a SPA. However, the hotel's SPA is under construction so it is not operational and no warning was given regarding this. We chose all inclusive, however many things are not included, which should have been clearly mentioned when the reservation was made. No cocktails are made, the beach bar is paid and we only have access to the buffet restaurant, and the rest is paid. The service in the buffet restaurant is bad. The food is not replenished, nor are the plates and cutlery. After the meal, the dishes are not lifted, which forces us to sit at completely dirty tables. As for the room, as we needed to have the key card to turn on the power, the refrigerator and AC didn’t work when we leaved the room (we were only given 1 card - we went to ask for another one, which was refused). During the week we didn’t have hot water to take a shower. We called in the last day and the receptionist claimed that it was a problem with the electricity. How is it possible that a five star hotel doesn’t have a solution to give hot water to the costumers? Adding to that, during the morning of our last day we didn’t had water at all. Communication is very bad, feels like there's no point in complaining anymore, because they don't understand nor do anything to make us feel good. The hotel is in bad conditions of maintenance and with poorly organised. The beach isn’t cleaned at all! We realized that Albania is still starting with tourism and trying to keep up to the rest of the world, but for the price we paid we did not expect this service. Furthermore, we have the example of the hotel right next to this one which offers a much better service for a better price, so it is not an excuse, Albânia can offer quality. When we pay for a service we want to have quality in it, even more when we are paying for a 5-star service (Allegedly). We’ve rather pay more and have guaranteed quality than pay a high price, not have that quality and, consequently, a ruined vacation. Saying that we did like Albania and it’s people, however this hotel made us feel uncomfortable and fooled. We feel like we need a compensation for this, it’s inadmissible!

Asena Ermira Agita Denisa (Restaurant) And the waiter for the dinner who I forgot the Name, made our trip to this beautiful hotel even more remarkable. Specially the reception team who looked after us the whole time. The spa area is amazing. Salt room a big pool and even a Turkish bath is there to give you more relaxing time. The view is amazing. We had sunset with at the Sea as View. Thanks a lot.

Well, the best Hotel in Golem; where to start from...the staff is amazing, starting from the reception, restaurant, spa service offered by the nicest lady ever Mrs. Aferdita. We paid a cheaper price comparing to the 4*hotel room, spa included. We had a great dinner, especially with a huge extra delicious breakfast. Thank you so much guys for the best hospitality we were offered during our stay.
