感覺是天台山大瀑布遊客中心門口唯一的，或者是最大的一家民宿了，他分了兩個建築，我們住的普通雙人間是在舊樓上，窗外就是一個大養魚池子。空調把外面的腥臭的水味不斷的傳入房間內。房間其他的配置都是很簡單的。早餐非常的令人驚喜，有南方少見的大油條。另外這家店也可以吃正餐，一份三鮮麪內容豐富25元景區裏也算良心價了。

環境太差，淋浴熱水無加熱，加了熱要半天，二個人洗都不夠，地板是地磚，空調達不到暖的效果

性價比不錯，距離景區大門衹有100多米。老闆非常熱情。還可以吃飯，夏天早上七點就營業。
設施住宿環境就跟農家樂差不多，這個價錢和地段要什麼自行車。對不開車的旅遊者來説很合適。

優點：住宿的地方離大瀑布遊客中心很近，住在這裏方便早上爬山；標間挺大，窗外可以看到山景；服務態度挺和善。
缺點：設施很差。第一，入住後沒有自己房間的鑰匙，衹能通過裏面反鎖再在外面關上房門的方式鎖上門，開門的時候還得找老闆，不太方便。第二，訂的標間，晚上洗漱的時候發現衹有一套牙刷牙膏用品，而且一條毛巾都沒有，吹風機也沒看到。第三，衞生間的門是壞的，門把手的地方是個洞，熱水器燒熱水聲音特別大，睡覺的時候衹有拔掉插頭才行。第四，洗漱台水龍頭的熱水放一會會兒就沒了，所以衹能用冷水洗。第四五，房間隔音不太好，早上其他住户説話聲音很吵。
就算放到平時，一百一晚也得把基礎設施做好，五一假期三百多一晚更是不值，希望店家能改進一下，讓住宿的質量能配得上房間的價格。
