The room is enough for two people to live, upstairs and downstairs independent bathroom, you can play, walk, very comfortable, the only hope is that if the sound insulation is better, it will be better, the child next door is a bit noisy to run up and down the stairs at night

Jiawo World has several parks for children to play. Some are more suitable for slightly older children. We are 2 years old. This time we mainly play in the zoo and naughty castle. The outdoor sand pool pool is still very playable. The main children like it very much. Family of the same age can also choose.
The accommodation in the homestay is also not bad, very clean, I can't take things after I get to the parking lot, or the staff helped me move in. Thank you very much 😘
I will choose to go again next summer.

The hotel location is amazing, it's located right next to the river, so it's very convenient to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy amazing views from the both sides of the river🌆
The hotel itself is new and super tidy, the interior is very elegant and stylish. Also, it has free underground parking, which is very convenient if you come by car.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions. All the employees we met were super welcoming and spoken English even though we could speak Chinese.
The breakfast was really good, there was variety of western pastry, fruits, salad, as well as a good choice of drinks and nice coffee🥐☕️
In overall, we really liked the hotel and would love to come there again👍

Generally, the best treatment for staying in such a homestay is to meet a good boss. If it is not, it is tea and fruit. The experience is very good.

There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight.
