I checked into the oxygen bar room of this Vienna hotel today. Many details are really in place. After checking in, a dedicated person took me to the elevator. On the way, I introduced the breakfast hours and floors, and also introduced the surrounding environment. The hotel is located three to four minutes' walk from the subway entrance of the Cancer Hospital and 10 minutes' walk from the Olympic Sports Center. It is a single building that is very safe and convenient. There are many takeaways around. The hotel is clean, the service is considerate, and it is very cost-effective. It is worth recommending!

I was very satisfied with the hygiene of the house facilities, which are intelligent. The service was very good. There were waiters to greet us and help with the luggage. Wahaha mineral water was available in the lobby and on each floor. When I left, I had too many small things and was about to ask for a bag, but I found that the hotel drawers were equipped with walking bags. These spare items were very considerate and attentive!

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are also very good, clean and tidy, of moderate size, and with good hot water quality. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is very good. We upgraded the audio-visual room when we checked in. The service was very good, especially the check-out attendants Yang Rui and Chen Yingmiao. Excellent Staff, Amazing room and view! The room is so large that we could fit 2 weeks worth of shopping and living without any issue. There was constant housekeeping and everything was kept clean for us. In addition, the parking was free so we could leave and go when ever we wanted without having to pay extra. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Tianjin!

This time I chose to stay in the Lake View King Room of Tianjin Crystal Palace Hotel, and the overall experience was slightly insufficient. After entering the room, I found that the facilities were a little old, which was slightly different from my expectations. The room does not support the screen projection function, which is a little inconvenient for me who likes to watch programs through screen projection. In terms of sound insulation, there is still room for improvement. The outside sound is easy to be transmitted into the room, affecting rest. Let's talk about breakfast. The closing time is too early, which may be difficult for some guests to enjoy at the right time. However, I also understand that the hotel may face challenges in some aspects. I hope that the hotel can pay attention to these problems, properly update and maintain the room facilities, further improve the sound insulation effect, and reasonably adjust the closing time of breakfast. I look forward to having a more satisfactory experience when I stay again in the future.

The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

The transportation is convenient. The room is quite big and clean. You can see a section of Haihe River. It is very convenient to go to the pier near Haihe River to enjoy the cool air at night. It only takes ten minutes to walk there. The steamed buns shop is not far away. You can taste the Jinmen Zhangji steamed buns chain store.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
