住在45層，海河兩岸風光盡收眼底！太美了，非常喜歡！房間沒施完備，乾淨整潔，熱水充足。樓下購物吃飯都十分方便。交通也很方便！乘電梯需刷卡才能到指定樓層，比較安全。

非常好的服務，在入住前就提前跟我們聯繫，發送酒店定位，寫清楚怎麼進酒店。入住免費升級了景觀房，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，洗澡水量很大（這個要特別説一下）酒店雖然在高層，但是電梯數量多，所以不需要等很久，酒店下面超市小吃店都有，叫網約車很方便，晚上看完夜景後打車回酒店12元左右，從酒店去天津站也就18元不到。酒店後面的馬路就是海河。

當天到的較晚，小姐姐給升級到43樓。房間很好，站得高看得遠，可以俯覽天津全景。房間設施很全。衞生乾淨。周邊的配套設施很到位，樓下有商業街和各種早點飯店。最滿意的就是跟物業合作的車庫可以停車。外來人不用到處找停車位了，而且住宿的話，24小時收30元。住了兩宿一天，停了36小時車收費50元。主要是不擔心叔叔貼條了。

保利的公寓所以電梯上去要門禁，前台在24樓，提前告知密碼刷卡到前台樓層再給門禁卡到房間樓層私密性非常好。進去以後房間內有暖氣片，淋浴3秒水滾燙，水壓不錯。43層落地玻璃窗視野非常好
