First of all, the room is slanted, and the bathroom has serious drainage. For breakfast, you know, Western-based, very general, the tricks are repeated. The only dissatisfaction is that the front desk will disappear for 5 minutes. I have experienced it twice. I have called someone. Their hotel told me to wait. The result was more than 5 minutes.

To be honest, the hotel is worth the price. It is a monument renovated in itself. There are still many people who come to visit. It is the commanding height of Tuen, and you can see the snow-capped mountains and the whole city. There are a few points of Ctrip and reviews that seem to be not mentioned: 1. Arriving at the hotel, you need to take the elevator or climb ten floors on foot. 2. Located in the center of the old city, it is not convenient to drag the suitcase. It is a stone road and uneven. I am single travel, the transportation is mainly train, so I am very tired to drag the suitcase to the neighborhood. I am stupid before the steps that can't see the end. I asked the local talents to know that the elevator from the nearby parking lot can be directly reached (-7 floor to 3 floor) breakfast is ordering. The menu is German, the waiter is old and not enthusiastic. It is best that you can eat bread without ordering. The hotel is located near the Thunsee. It has a large terrace that will certainly invite you to stay in summer. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The toilet with shower is also sufficient for 2 people to make up. If something wasn't exactly like my taste, then it was the mattress in the bed. For me it was just too soft. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide selection of bread, fruit, confectionery, etc., I can recommend this hotel further.

We spent two nights in this hotel in the category: Deluxe Studio. The hotel is 150 m from the train station to Bern. The train travels every 22 minutes to the city centre to the station/spatalgate for €14 per person. The deep garage places for €15 per day are large and there were no free parking available before the hotel. There was a card for the room available by self-checking. The air circulation in the flowers to the room and the air in the Deluxe studio was very ”distant”. Since the windows can be opened in the Deluxe studio, the air is quickly fresh again. The Deluxe studio has a size of 27 m2 and a lot of stuff in a large closet. The bed is comfortable with view of a large flat. The kitchen is well equipped, a small washing machine is also available. A desk is directly front of the window with gardens and outdoor roller shops. The price-performance ratio is met.

This was our second visit to Hotel Bellevue au Lac and again we were not disappointed. Lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Our room looked out over the lake with a balcony where I could have sat all day. The location was very good with a bus stop outside the hotel which had us at the station in 13 minutes. Being by the lake we could hop onto the paddle boats with ease ads there landing stage was only yards from the hotel. Views were spectacular with access easy to tourist spots. The restaurant was a delight and breakfast plentiful and tasty. We sat on the verandah both to eat our meals and also to relax. We dined there in the evening several times and can highly recommend the food. We enjoyed ourselves so much here that we have already booked to return in 2024.

Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

Clean room, very friendly staff, super view, perfect for a night during the journey holidays negative points are that it is very ringhound. You hear almost everything from the room next door. And the beds are cracking right.

The cleanest hostel you can imagine. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom are tidy and clean. Not the best pillow you want but I brought it myself so it didn't affect me. The room is really warm that I didn't have to cover myself even it is -3 outside. It is in good shape that you won't have to walk shoulder to shoulder. Everyone have their own locker that can easily fit my 30L backpack. However, there are only one EU socket in the room. It provides one USB A socket and a wireless charging rack for each bed but I don't think it is enough for people having laptop. Some of the wireless charger are also shaky so not the best place for you to put your phone on. The location is really good too, only 3 to 5 minutes to Interlaken West station and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost (East). Breakfast is average, not the best for budget travellers. COOP half-price food cost much less if you are not that picky.

This review was written by my 8-year old daughter: About this hotel: It is a family hotel. If you are a kid, the first thing they are going to do is give you a teddy bear. It has a swimming pool and a gym. The swimming pool is really cool and it has a small waterfall built into a rock. The gym is quite big itself but we didn't go there. It has a nice view and a nice hotel restaurant. The food is really good and they have a really great breakfast. You order the main food and you get to choose the side dishes from a breakfast bar. For the main food, I picked omelet - it is quite yummy but it was not salty enough. For the side dishes, I picked cereal, kiwi and juice. They were all really yummy and sweet. You should go to Dorint. I give this hotel a five star review. -- From the parents' side a few additional notes: On the negative side - There is no AC in the apartment, so while this may not matter in the summer, it was quite warm during our visit (30-35C). It cools off nicely in the evening, but there are no screens on the window, so you'll likely end up with a few moths or other bugs in the room if you leave the windows open. On the positive side, they really cater well to families - from the teddy bear at check-in to a little board game on the back of the kids menu, to the small playground area (which seemed to be good for 4-6 year olds).
