Despite being in a rough and noisy neighborhood, it was quiet inside. Three rooms with desk and bathrooms was nice. It was not fancy, but was liveable. There was no soap in one bathroom but it had a tooth brush and toothpaste. Had to go out and buy soap.
The air conditioner stopped working in one bedroom and it was unbearably hot. Several phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. In the end, we left all bedroom doors open and the A/C in the Living Room on. This was bearable. Luckily one of our party departed early and so we abandoned the 3rd bedroom

There was a small issue when I first arrived but the management solved the issue quickly. The room was very nice and spacious. I definitely plan on going back.

Nice location central to Gran Anse Beach walking distance.
Clean apartment good cooking and washing facilities.
