Dear hotel We are Young Han Corporate Company. have been working with my hotel for 4 years. but on 09/12/2023 we are very disappointed in the way our hotel's irresponsible work. On the day of 05/12/2023 we booked a delux room for guests. Kim Min ho went on 09/12/2023 with my hotel staff member was HANG HA Phuong and was confirmed successfully. but until 17 o'clock on 09/12/2023 my guests checked in, but the hotel side does not have a check-in with a glass because there is a late check-out guest, so it cannot be arranged. This makes my customers very angry and left.
