Muy bonita muy amables solo hay un pequeño problema la televisión no sirvió y al reportar subieron y ha pasado más de dos hora y siguen sin dar una solución el Internet es malo por que esta muy intermitente de todo lo demás esta bastante bien

Hotel muy céntrico con restaurant muy bueno, pero por ser tan céntrico hay mucho tráfico haciendo ruido en las mañanas y tardes, por las noches si es tranquilo para dormir.

Es un hotel viejo que te cobra como recién remodelado, me hospede en un Jr Suite, esperando que mi experiencia fuera más placentera, pero no fue así, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, ni ventilador ni ventanas que puedas abrir, no pude dormir por el calor, el maño es simplemente horrible es como ir a baño viejo sin sentido sin espacio para colocar utensilios de higiene personal y demás artilugios para uso diario en baño... la regadera jamás se modulo o era agua muy caliente o muy fría. Las toallas de baño son cortas no grandes como te ofrece un hotel de estos precios. El desayuno cortesía es un lugar horroroso del hotel con características de un comedor comunitario, solo es pan bimbo, jamón ya seco de estar expuesto, fruta ya batiba, muy mala experiencia. Semanalmente me hospedó 1 o 2 noches en Teziutlán y este es el peor hotel donde me quedado, ojalá lo mejoren por que en calidad vs precio, hay muchas mejores opciones en Teziutlán. Ha se me olvidaba el estacionamiento lo cierran a las 11 pm y regrese 11:30 de cenar y espere 20 minutos a que me abrieran, dije es hotel o pensión... ???

lamentablemente mi opinión no es buena, agua fría y demasiado desperdicio de agua en espera de que salga la caliente para bañ****, llaves y regaderas con fuga de agua, muy difícil mediar el agua o sale helada o sale hirviendo, sin calefacción, habitaciones demasiado frías, las llaves se desprograman cada que sales y no hay aviso de esta falla, tienes que bajar a reprogramar tu llave de acceso, no hay elevador (relativo)
